Terms and Conditions
From March 15 – April 30, 2013, Schneider Electric Universal
Enclosures in partnership with its channel partners is organizing
all over UAE and Qatar a promotional campaign named “Oasis
of Prizes – Schneider Electric Universal Enclosures Reward
Program”.
The operation is open to all buyers of Schneider Electric Universal
Enclosures products, purchasing in one of the Point of Sales
participating in this operation.
Schneider Electric employees and official Distributor staff
members are excluded from this public offer.
The list of point of Sales participating in this program are listed
on page 19 of this booklet. It is also available with our official
Distributors showrooms and Schneider Electric Customer Care
Center.
The selected products entering the Oasis Reward Program
are listed in following pages of this booklet. The products
include sheet steel enclosures, stainless steel enclosures, GRP
enclosures, Thermal accessories, Control desk, Industrial boxes
and Terminal Blocks.
Accumulating Points
Oasis of Prizes is a reward program that allow Schneider Electric
Universal Enclosures customers to convert the amount of their
purchases against points, then accumulate and redeem them
against gifts. On their first purchase between March 15 – April
30, 2013, customer will get Oasis of Prizes Reward Booklet and
leaftlet from our official Distributor’s showroom.
For every purchase of Universal Enclosure products during the
validity period (purchase order and corresponding invoice dates
both included between March 15 – April 30, 2013), the total
amount of purchase will be converted in to points. The rate is 1
point for every completed 50 AED invoiced Net price.
To be eligible for points, the invoice must show net price and
issued during the campaign period and match a purchase order
raised during the same period.
The invoices from different distributors can be consolidated for
calculation of points accumulation.
Gifts
To claim the gifts, the customer will have to fill up the gift order
form and contact Schneider Electric Universal Enclosure’s
Team or your nearest Schneider Electric Official Distributor
(copy of invoice/s are mandatory to claim your gift). The gift
shall be delivered within 2-3 working days either through our
official Distributors or directly from Schneider Electric Universal
Enclosure’s Team.
The last date to claim the gift is May 9, 2013. No request will be
accepted after this date.
The items available in the booklet are available until stocks
lasts. In case of shortage, equivalent item (description and
specification) will be given in replacement.
When receiving his/her gift, customer allows Schneider Electric
to use his/her name and image for further promotional campaign,
without any compensation.
Others
All details of this operation are available in the official Distributor’s
showrooms participating in this campaign and also at Customer
Care Center (CCC).
Schneider Electric Universal Enclosures reserves the right to
cancel the offer or modify the conditions without prior notice in
case of unforeseen events or force majeure.
