Tension rods
Our 25mm diameter telescopic rods extend from
a minimum opening of 1350mm to a maximum of
2440mm by applying a simple slide and twist action.

Contour Rigidrail
This 2.135m (7ft) rail is designed to fit between 2 walls and
is not bendable, unlike the Contourail. Boasting heavy duty
smooth nylon runners, the Rigidrail is a fit and forget heavy
duty rail system which fits openings up to 7ft and can be cut
down to your required size.
Contourail Minirail
This 1900mm (6’ 2”) minirail is also bendable and
comes in white finish only. Using the same attributes
as the standard Contourail products, the minirail has
a smooth finish, slender profile.

Manufactured from aluminium which gives just the right amount of flexibility without creasing and
a smart synthetic core which holds the shape once bent, without any loss of strength.
Contourail is smooth in operation...
You can curve it to any angle without obstructing the smooth action of the glide hooks.
Contourail is easy to fit...
Easy to bend and easy to fit. No special tools are required. Simply use a hacksaw to cut to your required
length, and a drill to fix the brackets and you will have the rail fitted in less than an hour!
Contourail is complete...
All you need is in the pack: brackets, screws and plugs for solid walls. (If fixing to cavity walls,
please use the appropriate fixings of your choice to ensure the rail is properly secured.) (Tools excluded)
Range options
Contourail is available in either a silver or a white finish. There are four lengths in the range: 1900mm (74”),
2500mm (98”), 3050mm (120”) and 3660mm (144”) All can be cut to size to fit your showering application.
Installation
Measure your bath or shower tray. Decide on the length required. Bend the Contourail to suit your application.
Contourail can be shaped by bending over a padded, hard surface. Please avoid bending over any sharp edges
to avoid damaging the rail. We suggest using a rounded surface, such as a chair back or over your knee.
(Please ensure appropriate care is taken when applying pressure to the rail when bending to shape)
Don’t forget, although the Contourail is ideal for any curved angle, it can also be fitted as a straight rail.
Shower Curtains
We also have a range of white, heavy duty 100% polyester shower curtains, with stainless steel eyelets and
a weighted hem, to ensure the curtain hangs taut, without clinging to wet surfaces. Available in four sizes,
all 1.8m wide with drops of 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.1m and 2.2m.
Contourail features a durable and aesthetic finish with a patented central core designed not to distort.
Contourail is manufactured to take only the weight of a shower curtain. The manufacturer reserves the right to change or amend the specification without any prior notice.

Contourail is available in four lengths:
Standard 1900mm (74”), Long 2500mm (98”), Extra Long 3050mm (120”) and 3660mm (144”).
Contourail is supplied packaged complete with glider hooks sufficient for one shower curtain and one 610mm ceiling rod
for extra support. Two sets of ceiling rods and glider hooks are supplied with the extra long rails.
Wall brackets and wall plugs for solid walls are provided so you have everything you need, with easy to follow instructions.
No special tools are needed and even those with limited DIY experience should be able to fit the rail within an hour - it’s that easy.
Additional sets of Glider Hooks (white) and 610mm and 1220mm ceiling rods are also available.
