High visibility colors quickly identify caustic or hazardous conditions, making this the
sorbent of choice for rapid response containment. Pads feature a low-profile design,
ideal for small spill clean-up or wiping down contaminated areas. Rolls cover larger
areas such as a benchtop, serving as a work surface in anticipation of a spill. Use
fast-absorbing Socks around large hazardous spills to prevent them from spreading.
Pillows provide high capacity and feature a wide surface area for greater absorbency

Universal Socks & Pillows
Fast-wicking power for lubricants, coolants, solvents or water-based spills
These sorbents contain a blend of polypropylene and cellulose recycled fibers to help
fulfill environmental initiatives. Ideal for routine maintenance, durable polypropylene
Socks easily mold around ledges or leaky machine bases, keeping floors clean and
workers safe from slippery falls. High capacity Pillows save hours of cleanup time and
are great for hard-to-reach areas. Position them in a tight space between machines to
catch splashes. Use in cleaning sumps of spill containment pallets, or anywhere high
volume spills need to be quickly controlled.
Oil Only Socks, Pillows, Booms
Use indoors or outdoors on waterborne spills; absorbs oil and repels water
Wrap Socks around corners of outdoor leaky equipment, soaking up oil while repelling
rainwater. Indoors, wrap a sock around machinery to absorb leaks and contain puddles.
Easy to retrieve Pillows soak up oil in ponds, basins, and tanks. Indoors they’re well
suited for use under valves or equipment that is prone to leaks and drips. Highly
absorbent poly Booms are made with a durable sock and netting. They’re non-toxic,
non-shedding, and each boom includes rope and snap clips allowing booms to link
together for deployment. Booms float even when fully saturated, making them easy to
retrieve.

Follow proper storage guidelines. Do not store sorbents in safety cabinets that have containers of flammable liquids or other hazardous materials.
Using universal-type socks and pillows — these contain a mix of polypropylene and cellulose materials — for acids, bases or other unknown liquids, is strictly prohibited.
Cellulose may react with some acids that could lead to a fire.
Sorbent Disposal:
Fluids absorbed by Justrite sorbents will not be rendered less hazardous, less toxic, or less flammable, and when absorbed, will remain in their
original state. Handle, store, and dispose of Justrite sorbents after use with the same caution as you would the original fluid. Dispose in
compliance with local, State, Federal regulations and applicable governing bodies. Because various fluids absorbed may be of a toxic or
hazardous nature, Justrite does not recommend disposal procedure.
