The product of an industrial recycling process that makes use
of raw material left over from the primary sawing operation.

Top-brand 6mm plywood comprising 3
layers of 2mm hardwood.
4) Finishing
7 coats of solvent-free UV
(environmentally friendly)
Taber-tests have shown that this finish
supports up to 1,700 cycles.

Made by joining pieces of hard wood,
Ecoflooring's middle layer takes full
advantage of 5/16”, 3/8” and 3/4" wood
flooring remnants.
Plywood made from copaiba and
parica (anadenanthera peregrina)
layers, joined by 48% solid (pure
glue) and 52% moisture content MR
glue. The 6mm plywood is
comprised of 3 layers, the middle
layer being laid crossways, so the
different grain direction gives extra
strength.

TROPICAL SYNTEKO® 1971& HARDENER 1993
Synteko® 1971/1993 has a good water resistance and is
specially developed for gluing soft wood. It gives glue joints with
strength in various environments. The glue has a high degree of
heat, creep and solvent resistance.
Synteko® 1971/1993 can be used in cold as well as in hot
pressing.
Klumpp Miraphen UV-Top Coat “Anti-Scratch”
UV-curing Top Coat for roller application on parquet and veneer floors
with extremely high scratch resistance and good smoothness.
“Anti-Scratch” not only has a very good scratch resistance, but also a
high transparency so that application on dark wood types (tropical
wood) is not a problem.
Miraphen UV-Top Coat “Anti-Scratch” is free of solvents and is
especially environmental friendly.
Type 1971 Water-based dispersion
1993 Isocyanate MDI-type
Treatment: coating is applied with smooth hard rubber rollers. In order
to reduce roller marks, it is recommendable to reverse the direction of
the dosing roller. Immediately after application, gelled at a belt speed
of 15m/min with 1 Hg-lamp (80 watts) or with 15m/min with 2 Hg lamps
(80 watts) completely cured.

Glue spread 150 - 250 grams per m2, preferably double-sided
Applied quantity: approx. 8-12 g/sqm per application
