Teak is a hard wood which has exceptional strength and durability. Its high oil content combined with the woods
high density prevents warping and rot, allowing the furniture to stay outdoors in all conditions without maintenance. Changes in temperature and humidity may cause surface and end grain cracking, this is normal and won’t
affect the durability of the wood.
COLOUR
Left outdoors, untreated teak will adjust to the elements over the years and the colour of the wood will change to
an attractive silver grey. If you wish, you may choose to oil it for aesthetic purposes.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Clean with warm soapy water and a household scrubbing brush. If oiled, you will need to sand back your furniture
and repeat the oiling process at least every 12 months. Please refer to the oiling instructions on the product care
