Amp. This gives your instaCHARGE the capability to charge devices that
require either a 1.0A or a 2.1A charge.
If you are having problems with your Power Bank, please refer to the
possible solutions below.
RECHARGE THE POWER BANK
Please use the original wall adapter which comes with the power bank for
recharging the instaCHARGE. Other wall adapters for connecting the
power charger to the wall socket may cause damage to the instaCHARGE.
USING CONNECTORS OR PORT
Never force a connector into a port: check for obstructions in the port. If
the connector and port do not join with reasonable ease, they probably do
not match. Make sure the connector matches the port and that you have
positioned the connector correctly in relation to the port.

1. My Power Bank won’t turn on: Make sure your Power
Make sure your USB connections are securely connected.
2. I cannot charge my laptop: This model of Power Bank cannot charge
laptop.
3. I want to use my phone while charging: You can use your phone while
charging.
4. Power On/Off:pressing power button two times will turn On/Off
flashlight,pressing power button once will activate power meter
5. How long does it take to charge my device using the instaCHARGE?
Depending upon the capacity of the device, battery you are charging will
determine the length of time it takes to charge it.

The EL-12KTS can be used to charge most devices which have a DC5V input
port.
90-Day Limited Warranty
Your instaCHARGE device is warranted for 90 days from date of purchase against all
defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions as follows
Charging the instaCHARGE EL-12KTS
1. Connect instaCHARGE with computer using the original USB cable (OR)
2. Connect instaCHARGE to wall adapter using the original USB cable
Should your device prove defective within 90 days from date of purchase, return the unit,
freight prepaid, along with an explanation of the claim. Please send to : instaCHARGE,103
Kelly Ave., Middleport, NY14105 (please package your device carefully in its original box
and packing material to avoid damage in transit. instaCHARGE is not responsible for any
damage caused to the power bank in return shipment.)
Under this warranty, instaCHARGE will, subject to inspection, repair the defective product
or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be accompanied by a Return
Materials Authorization(RMA) number to be issued upon request and must be shipped
prepaid.
Charging your devices with your instaCHARGE
1.Connect your device to instaCHARGE using the devices USB charging cable .
2.Charge and iPhone4/4S/5/5S/6. Attach the iPhone4/4S 30pin tip or
iPhone5/5S lightening tip to the built-in micro USB cable, it will
automatically start charging the iPhone.
This warranty is only valid if the charger is used solely for purpose in accordance with
the instructions. This warranty is invalid if the unit is connected to an unsuitable electrical
supply or misused in anyway.
Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of
