Saleen Automotive Signs Progressive Licensing Agreement for Cars and Parts
Expands Marketing and Distribution Agreement With GreenTech Automotive, Inc.
CORONA, CA, Jun 15, 2015 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Saleen Automotive Inc. (otcqb:SLNN)
Following up the successful debut of the Saleen model lineup at the Shanghai Auto Show, Saleen Automotive and GreenTech Automotive, Inc. (GTA) have expanded their existing marketing and distribution agreement through the signing of a new Intellectual Property License Agreement. This agreement includes expanded distribution as well as an exclusive Saleen brand and technology licensing agreement for the Asian market.
Since the initial marketing and distribution agreement, executed March 2014, GTA has fully campaigned the lineup of Saleen vehicles
at the Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, and Shanghai Autoshows to much fanfare and local market brand acceptance.
"Just getting a little attention in any market can sometimes take decades of persistence," said Steve Saleen, CEO of Saleen Automotive. "GTA and their team have managed to quickly bring Saleen into the forefront of the performance market in China, and have
proven that they are dedicated to the continuing expansion of the Saleen brand and product distribution in the rest of Asia."
A new entity, Saleen Motors International (SMI), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of GTA and not affiliated with Saleen, will be used
by GTA to distribute Saleen branded products.
This agreement also coincides with the release of the new 2015 Mustang, which is available globally for the first time in its 50-year
history. With China's automotive market being the largest in the world with 19.71 million new cars sold last year and with global automotive sales slated to reach 117 million new cars annually by 2020, according to JD Power, this marketing, distribution, and licensing
agreement couldn't have come at a better time.

Saleen Deal with American Muscle
On August 15, 2015 Steve Saleen attended the American
Muscle Mustang Show at the Maple Grove Raceway, Mohnton, Pennsylvania.
At the event, Steve Saleen announced that Saleen Authentic
Parts will soon be available at www.americanmuscle.com.
Saleen Automotive will continue to sell authentic Saleen Parts
on saleen.com. This deal is to attract additional customers
through another popular source.

East Coast Debut of the 2015 Black Label

Since Saleen is located in Corona, California East Coast fans didn't
have an opportunity to see a 2015 Black Label Saleen 302 in person.
The debut of the 2015 Black Saleen 302 was in Los Angeles on
March 20, 2015. The debut car was painted in a new Saleen Signature color, California Sunset. The color is a bright gleaming yellow that
changes tones as the amount of sunlight changes, like the California
setting sun.
A Beryllium Black Label Saleen 302 was displayed at the April Knott's
Berry Farm show on April 19, 2015 while the California Sunset Black
Label Saleen 302 was in a China.
The All Ford Nationals in Carlisle, Pennsylvania was the East Coast
debut of the 2015 California Sunset Black Label Saleen 302. The car
hauler trailer arrived around 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 6. Excited
fans crowded around the Saleen Owners and Enthusiasts Club tent as Saleen staff, Derek Hall and Dan Webster off-loaded the
Saleen from its trailer stall.
At this point a chef would have passed out samples of the delicacy that was just prepared. Steve Saleen didn't distribute samples of
the car, but patient fans did receive a free autographed poster of the new Black Label Saleen 302. In addition to the posters, cards
with the Saleen 302 specifications and Sturgis Mustang Rally magazines were passed out.
While Steve Saleen signed posters, the Black Label Saleen 302 remained on display in front of the SOEC tent. The curiosity of the
crowd was satisfied, and the desire for a new Saleen was awakened for many fans.
After the autograph session, seven Saleen vehicles participated in the parade to downtown Carlisle to park and remain on display for
the evening. After the parade, the group went to dinner at Apple Bees.
The Supercharged Black Label Saleen 302’s starting price is $73,214. If you are currently unable to fulfill the desire own a Supercharged Black Label Saleen 302 with the full body Saleen makeover, then other versions are available. The naturally aspirated Black

In the past, Saleen Mustangs were together on the Showfield, but other Saleen vehicles were scattered in their respective class based
on the Ford model. This year Carlisle Events added a Saleen Powered Class so that all Ford/Saleen produced vehicles could be
parked together.
The Saleen Owners and Enthusiasts Club was pleased to host Steve Saleen's appearance at the Carlisle Event. Thank you to Wayne
and Jen Mertz for help with the logistics of getting everything in place for the event. Thank you to all of the Saleen owners who helped
with many tasks. Also thank you to Ken Appell and the Carlisle Events staff for their help. Lance Miller and Bill Miller (great friends but
not related) are the owners of Carlisle Events. Under their direction the Carlisle All Ford Nationals has become a great place for our

CARLISLE FORD NATIONALS 2015 IS A WRAP

June 5-7, 2015, the fastest weekend in June. This is but one description for the Ford
Nationals by Carlisle Events. Over 3,000 Fords packed the Carlisle, Pennsylvania
Fairgrounds. For an unprecedented third year, SOEC again hosted Steve Saleen and
company for a weekend of Power In The Hands of a Few. A weekend filled with first
introductions, information sharing, bench racing, and countless autographs.
The Ford GT (made for Ford by Saleen) was the featured car for the 10 Year Anniversary GT Celebration, 2005-2015. Carlisle Events had a special display of Ford GT’s in
Building T. Steve Saleen was interviewed by Joey Limongelli, AKA “GT Joey”, as they
discussed Saleen’s part in the production of the Ford GT at the Saleen Troy, Michigan plant.
Many thanks goes to Jim Dvorak and Mothers Polish for supplying goody bags, a
sample of their California Gold car wash and microfiber towel to our first 48 show registrants. This event relationship dates back to 2009. Show planning and support is the
backbone of these gatherings, and we must recognize the efforts of Rudy & Betsy

racing obscurity back to the limelight by 2005. Not long after in
2011, the Robertsons fielded a Ford GT in the 24 Hours of Le

1,200 volunteers, 150 vintage race cars, over 40 car clubs,
2,000 show cars, and 200,000 spectators gathered in Schenley
Park, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for the 32nd Pittsburgh Vintage
Grand Prix.
The PVGP races through Schenley Park are considered by
many drivers to be the most challenging race course worldwide.
The 2.33 mile circuit has 23 turns - not to mention hay bales,
manhole covers, phone poles, and stone walls. The Grand Prix
in Schenley Park is the only vintage race event that is run on
actual city streets – made possible by our Pit Crew of 1,000
volunteers and the City of Pittsburgh.
The Marque of the Year was The Cars of Italy. 300 Italian cars,
including 150 Fiats were on display at the International Car
Show held on the Bob O’Connor Golf Course at Schenley Park.
The Spotlight Car was the Ford Thunderbird. As the vintage
race cars raced on the city park road, spectators walked the golf
course to see the fantastic variety of show cars in attendance.
The annual event is held for the benefit of the Autism Society of
Pittsburgh and the Allegheny Valley School. In 2014 the charities received $360,000 from the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix
Events.

Summit Racing, Tallmadge, Ohio was the site of the 12th Annual Buckeye Stangs All-Mustang Show on July 25, 2015. The
show was held for the benefit of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation,

Thursday, August 6, over 90 cars, mostly Saleens, cruised to
the Wellborn Muscle Car Museum and Talladega Speedway.
Police blocked intersections for a really well organized 1 hour
drive to the Wellborn Museum where everyone enjoyed the cars
and the best ever, king sized burgers and huge cookies for
lunch. The group then drove 45 minutes to the Talladega
Speedway. Some of the group went into the Museum. 60 cars
went for the hot laps on the track. The day was cloudy with just
a few sprinkles. A barbeque dinner was held at the hotel.
Friday, August 7, 70 cars cruised to Old Mountain State Park
and then to Old Car Heaven Museum for lunch. Friday evening
dinner was at the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum. As expected, the museum displays racecars, but it also has an extensive collection of motorcycles.
Saturday, August 8, 116 cars were assembled in the main parking lot in front of the track for the judge car show. The 2015 California Sunset Black Label Saleen 302 was on display. As usual,
Steve autographed free posters for fans and autographed cars.
During the afternoon race sessions, Steve took Doug Boring's
Saleen Sportruck Race Truck and Mike Charles' Saleen Racecar on the track. Steve said that the track time with his Saleen
Race Truck and Saleen Racecar brought back good memories.
The Saturday evening Banquet was held at the Barber Vintage
Motorsports Museum. Steve Saleen was the speaker at the banquet. He gave an update about the new 2015 Saleen lineup and
showed an exciting video of movie scenes with Saleens.
The 2016 Saleen Club of America Saleen Nationals will be on
Thursday - Sunday, August 4-7. The show will be in Ohio,
possibly at the Mid Ohio Track.

The park, which opened in 2003, has a 16-turn, 2.38-mile (3.83
km) road course, designed by Alan Wilson, viewable from several naturally wooded or grass-covered banks. The track is designed to be run clockwise. The layout is compact, with a number of elevation changes. The pit lane is to the outside of the
track, parallel to the front stretch; the pit wall is on the driver’s
left. Two cutoff turns, which are barricaded when not in use,
allow the track to be shortened for club events or testing sessions.

7th Annual American Muscle Mustang
Show: August 15, 2015
On August 15, 2015 Steve Saleen attended the American Muscle Mustang Show at the Maple Grove Raceway, Mohnton,
Pennsylvania.
Steve Saleen addressed the crowd at the Starting Line during
the drag racing. He announced that Saleen Authentic Parts will

Over 3,000 Mustangs and more than 10,000 spectators attended the event. The show boasts that it is the largest Mustang-only car show. The show raised $55,000 for Make-A-Wish®
Philadelphia, Northern Delaware, & Susquehanna Valley.
At the Bama Performance Dyno challenge, an American Muscle
customer and his Procharged Foxbody won by putting out 1,161
RWHP.
The BBK Revving contest was held to choose the Mustang with
the best of the best exhaust systems. Crowd applause chose
the loudest Mustang.
Exhibition races, prizes, Mustangs, food, and fun were on tap for
everyone. Meet and greets were held with Chip Foose, automotive designer and fabricator, and Vaughn Grittin, Jr. (JR), professional drifter who competes in the Formula D series with a 2015
Mustang RTR.
