Our first ever London show is unlike any other that’s taken place.
Just look at the top celebrities taking part in this one-stop guide
to healthy living – including world-class athletes, top comedians,
well-known presenters, renowned nutritionists, very creative
chefs and inspirational speakers. This new show also features
book signings, plus ‘Meet the Experts’ sessions, where you can
meet your favourite veggie celebrities 1-to-1, and a Stars quiz on
Sunday at 2pm – ensuring the show will not only enter vegan
folklore, but remain on the lips of mainstream media for many
years to come.
Also not to be missed are our stellar mix of mouth-watering food
from around 180 stalls and 12 handpicked caterers, plus talks,
cookery demos, workshops, films on all aspects of a plant-based
lifestyle – why it’s good for our health, animal welfare, sustainable
food production and the environment, plus other topics. And not
only are VegfestUK shows 100% vegan, they are always full of fun
and good vibe with live comedy, music and other performances,
along with a top-class, family-friendly kids’ area.
This show would stand no chance of materialising without the
support of many lovely souls. It’s impossible to name them all
here, but here we extend heartfelt thanks to all who’ve contributed
to the meteoric rise of our shows down the years – from the
members of our organising team, our sponsors and stallholders,
our media partners, to our contractors and our hosts at Olympia,
our volunteers, the authorities, and even the occasional ultraharsh critics who’ve helped improve our shows in many aspects.

As a fitting way to celebrate VegfestUK’s 10th birthday, show
director Tim Barford has scooped the prestigious Lloyds TSB
People and Environment Achievement Business Award, in the
“Work in the Community” category. An elated Tim said, “I am
thrilled to accept it as I lead our festival though its 10th year. Our
shows have all been 100% vegan, showcasing the best of a plantbased lifestyle to an ever-curious public over the last decade.’’
Happy Mondays amongst headliners
at VegfestUK Bristol 2013
VegfestUK returned to Bristol in May for its almighty 10th birthday
bash, with 20,000 visitors descending on the Harbourside over
the bank holiday weekend of May 24th-26th. They were wowed
by a feast of mouthwatering food during the day, and top-class
music in the evenings from Happy Mondays, Caravan Palace,
808State, Peter Hook, the Farm, Macka B, the Abyssinians and
others. Interesting feedback too from our visitors – 2 out of 3
meat eaters are looking to shift their diet towards more plantbased options as a result of visiting our show. More info at

who’ve put in a tremendous
amount of work on helping the
country’s abused and neglected
animals. There’ll be another
tombola stall (T4 on the First Floor)
whose proceeds go to these safe haven for animals.
Tower Hill Stables Animal Sanctuary is a remarkable oasis for
all the animals who would have left this world in agony, without
anybody to know let alone care. This sanctuary offers them a
loving home for the rest of their natural lives!
This 18-year-old sanctuary is run by Fiona, Martin and Meg,
who believe in and act upon compassion. When animals are in
dire need, they do their utmost to help. They cannot save the
whole world, but they have made an enormous difference to the
hundreds of animals they have rescued both past and present,
all of whom are remembered with affection, and all left this world
knowing that humans can be kind, considerate and caring.
If you would like to support their work, you can do this by
adopting one of the animals, and supporting them on their stall
at VegfestUK London! All animals chosen have similar histories
and very sad stories, and so are true representatives of all who live
there. So by selecting one or even two, you will be helping over
400 once forsaken creatures, but now living in a place where the
unwanted are always welcome. So please visit the sanctuary stall!

We’re super-delighted
to continue supporting
the phenomenal work
of our chosen vegan
charity Vegfam, in
‘feeding the world’s
hungry without animal exploitation’.
Vegfam has been VegfestUK’s chosen charity for many a year,
and thanks to the generosity of many kind supporters all over the
country, they’ve been able to run 100% sustainable food projects
in countries in dire need of food, from DR Congo, Niger, Pakistan,
India and many other corners of this planet.
In 2012, VegfestUK managed to raise a grand total of nearly £2,000
for Vegfam through our 2 shows in Brighton and Bristol. Big cheers
to all the generous backers of this wonderful charity – without
your support, Vegfam would never have been able to reach out
to so many hungry souls on our planet and sustain their food
projects. And this year we aim to break through the £5,000 barrier
in our hope to continue our assistance of their applaudable work
in supplying the World’s needy with mankind’s basic commodity
– vegan food.
Our London show includes a tombola stall (B2 on the floorplan, on
the Ground Floor) which gives you a fabulous opportunity to win
some really amazing prizes, and help many people in need at the
same time - all funds raised go to Vegfam and their food projects,
which will be a massive help towards feeding many mouths on
planet earth. You can find out more about the charity’s great work

Vegan Bodybuilders Competition
People who are not vegan can ask vegans the darndest things - but
often, that’s because of simple, honest, curiosity about a different
way of life. A panel of comedians and commentators will hear the
questions they get asked, from the fundamental to the absurd,
and try to find answers that will amuse and hopefully convince
everyone. Ian McDonald hosts.

When people think of hunting, they
usually think about the traditional

and respect for all animals and works to bring about long-term
change. It has three major programmes: End Bear Bile Farming,
Cat and Dog Welfare, and Zoos and Safari Parks.
Fiona Osler will be showing a film on the bear bile campaign and
will explain how Animals Asia’s PR and education campaigns are
now beginning to bring about real changes in attitudes to animal
welfare in China and Vietnam.

Mane Chance Sanctuary
Mane Chance Sanctuary, in Surrey, was
set up by actress Jenny Seagrove (Judge
John Deed) in September 2011, and
provides sanctuary to 25 horses of all ages
and sizes. Their modus operandi of care is
unique in the horse welfare world - they
have their fields set up on a track system. This enriches the horses’
lives by giving them variety and also forces them to exercise, as
they’re fed along the tracks thus encouraging them to forage.

Justin Kerswell (VIVA!)
This session will explain why vegan activism needs to be given
a focus, and why vegans should use human rights legislation to
contribute to the dismantling of speciesist society. It will explain
how, by using our human rights, animals benefit by association.
It will illustrate what our human rights are under various human
rights and equality provisions, and explain how vegans can raise
the profile of veganism as a legitimate belief in law in their daily
lives. The session will offer some tips for vegan activism at various
levels.

Mane Chance Sanctuary is home to 25 horses rescued from
abuse and neglect. We believe we set the standard in natural
equine care - our horses are barefoot, live in tracks (as per the
Paradise Pastures system), the tracks are planted with herbs to
encourage self-selection and we treat our herd with Reiki and
other complementary therapies in combination with traditional
vet care. We will explain more about our horsemanship and our
work with the local community in our talk.

to ending the sale of foie-gras and ‘exotic’

Chad Sarno - All
about the sauce:
sauces, dressings
and marinates
A continuation of the cookery
demo earlier in the day, the focus
is showcasing plants as the centre
of the plate. The easiest and
most successful way to do so is
highlighting the key components
in any dish - sauces, dressings and marinates. In this demo we will
break this key category down to base components and building
flavours. Going beyond just salads, this demo will showcase some
key building blocks in creating well-balanced flavour-packed
sauces that will put your next raw meal over the top.
Stephanie Jeffs is a master coach, author, entrepreneur, raw
food expert and self-confessed juice junkie. Once an unhealthy
vegetarian, she has since lost 9 stones and cured herself of chronic
diseases through eating a high-raw high-plant based diet - her
focus is on raw foods for weight loss. As the founder of Explore
Raw, Stephanie supports clients who seek optimum wellness
through the pursuit of a high plant-based, high-raw diet.

Pat Reeves - How to
survive against the
odds
For anyone facing a traumatic
health challenge, life can become
extremely tough and fraught with
hitherto unconsidered problems.
It does take great strength of character and a wicked resolve to
overcome whatever is thrown at one. It is, however, absolutely
possible to improve emotional, spiritual and physical fitness to
stay on top of any challenge. The most empowering nutritional
practice I have found is consuming a high amount of nutrients
which are both alive and vitalising - hence conferring energy,
oxygen and vibrancy, enabling one to become more intuitive and
knowledgeable in accessing our inner healing system.
Gina Shaw - Can radical dietary
changes change our level of health?
Gina will look at the causes and evolution of disease, discuss
how dietary and lifestyle changes can help overcome acute and
chronic disease, and address fasting, juice diets and detox plans,
plus their role in speeding the healing process.

Heavy metals proliferate in
our environment, in the air we

ourselves of these toxins? There
is a mineral called zeolite which
attracts heavy metals into its
crystalline cages and excrete them from the body. I would like to

living in busy polluted cities and country dwellers living near
farmland that is subjected to pesticides.

Archaeologist, Anthropologist, and Cultural
Theorist William Bedford explores a question
he has been asking for years: why do we choose
food the way we do, despite the health risks?
For thousands of years humans have simply
eaten whatever they could; are we just not ready
for the choices the modern world gives us? Or
is there something about how our society is structured which
subconsciously shapes our choices and in turn affects our health
outcomes? If so, how can we change it?

Matt Monarch joins us via live link from “The
Valley of Longevity”, Vilcabamba amid the
Ecuadorian Andes. He will share a detailed ‘step
by step’ procedure on how to heal disease by eating raw food. He
will share three different protocols; extreme, intermediate, and
easy/slow. Furthermore, he will talk about healing ‘spiritually’,
which he feels is just as important as the physical healing. Finally
Matt will share his experience and explain how detoxing can offer
a very powerful pathway into the spiritual.

Making the
Connection
A concise, comprehensive
masterpiece by the Vegan
Society that argues from
various
angles
that,
instead of asking ‘Why are
you vegan?’, we should
be asking ‘Why aren’t you
vegan?’. Topics include:
the myth that vegan foods
are boring, performance
of vegans in sports,
raising children on a plant-based diet, why such diet is better for
global food security, stockfree organic farming, intensive animal
agriculture and speciesism.
www.vegansociety.com/resources/making-the-connection.
aspx
The film features MP Kerry McCarthy and marathon runner Fiona
Oakes, who will both appear at our show on Sunday.
Planeat
Planeat is the story of
three men’s life-long
search for a diet which is
good for our health, good
for the environment and good for sustainable food production.
With an additional cast of pioneering chefs and some of the best
44 | Vegfestuk
cooking you will ever see, the scientists and doctors in the film
present a convincing case for the West to re-examine its love affair
with meat and dairy.
http://planeat.tv
The film features celebrity vegan chef Chad Sarno, who will
appear at our show on both days.
Part sociological experiment and part adventure comedy,
Vegucated follows 3 meat- and cheese-loving New Yorkers who
agreed to adopt a plant-based diet for six weeks. Lured by tales of
weight lost and health regained, they began to uncover the hidden
sides of animal agriculture that they eventually risked everything
to expose. But was it easy for them to ditch meat and dairy, and
deal with customary get-togethers with carnivorous friends and
relatives?

Simply Raw:
Reversing
Diabetes in 30
Days
Simply Raw follows 6 Americans
who attempted to reverse their
chronic diabetes with a 30-day
detox program on a strictly raw
wholefood plant-based diet, at
the world-renowned Tree of Life
Rejuvenation Center. Despite a tough period of transition deprived
of their loved ones and in particular their old comfort foods, they
persisted and showed marked improvements in their health and
vitality at the end of the program, and vowed to stay on their new
diet afterwards.

Meat the Truth
A high-profile documentary
by the Nicolaas G. Pierson
Foundation, Meat the Truth
is presented by Marianne
Thieme, leader of the Party
for the Animals in the
Netherlands,
that
focuses
on the huge environmental
impact of livestock production.
It questions why many films
such as Al Gore’s The Inconvenient Truth conveniently ignored
livestock’s contribution to climate change, and explains why meat
reduction is much more effective than switching to hybrid cars in
lowering greenhouse gas emissions.
www.meatthetruth.nl
www.vegfest.co.uk
The Witness
The Witness follows a construction contractor from a tough
Brooklyn neighbourhood who explains with humour and
sincerity how he feared and avoided animals for most of his life,
until the love of a kitten opened his heart, inspiring him to rescue
abandoned animals and bring his message of compassion to the
streets of New York.

Eating
Got the Facts on Milk?
GTFOM? is a hilarious feature documentary that questions
the deep-rooted belief in the health benefits of milk and dairy
products. Filmmaker Shira Lane takes a road trip across the US to
get the facts from the Department of Agriculture, meeting with top
doctors, researchers, dieticians, dairy farmers, parents, teachers,
and plenty of “ordinary Americans” who provide both comic relief
and food for thought along the way.
www.milkdocumentary.com
Peaceable Kingdom: the Journey
Home
Watched by over 40 million people worldwide, this awardwinning RAVE diet production argues boldly that eating is the
number-one cause of all diseases in the Western world. It looks at
why heart disease, cancers and diabetes are largely avoidable and
were literally unheard of before the 1900s, why obtaining enough
protein and calcium should be our last worry, why most doctors
treat symptoms rather than causes, how politicians have become
our dieticians, and many other thought-provoking topics.
www.ravediet.com/whatsinfilm.html
Forks over Knives
An absorbing, emotional documentary which follows several
people who grew up with raising animals for food, but have now
come to question the basic assumptions of their lifestyle. Their
riveting stories reveal the loveable individualities of animals,
the deep emotional pain experienced by dairy farmers when
auctioning dairy cows and goats for their livelihoods, how the
intensification of agricultural practices came at a huge cost to the
wellbeing of animals and even agro businessmen themselves,
and the failure of humane farming laws in preventing worldwide
injustices towards animals.
www.peaceablekingdomfilm.org
Forks over Knives examines the profound claim that most, if not
all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled,
or even reversed, by rejecting our present menu of animal-based
and processed foods. The major storyline in the film traces the
personal journeys of a pair of pioneering yet under-appreciated
researchers, Dr. T. Colin Campbell and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn.
www.forksoverknives.com
Sea the Truth
Another superb documentary by the
Nicolaas G. Pierson Foundation, Sea the
Truth covers various topics on seafood
consumption - the mechanism of
modern intensive fishing, how it has led
to worldwide marine life depletion, the
true sources of widely coveted omega-3
fats in fish, fish sentience, and the high
levels of toxins present in seafood. This
documentary also shows that there is
no such thing as “sustainable fishing”.

Dude, Where do you get your Protein?
No Place Like Home
A brand new film from CAPS
exposing conditions in UK zoos
and explaining why they should be
phased out. Zoos in this country are
often seen as amongst the best in
the world, but as this exposé reveals, animals are still lingering in
miserable conditions, all so people can enjoy a day out.

Best Before: the London Revolution
Protein is the most revered nutrient of all and has driven our food
choices for over a hundred years. But what if (almost) everything
you thought you knew about protein was wrong? A 30-minute
film that’s not only fun to watch, but informative and puts to rest
some of the most important myths about protein.
www.ravediet.com/protein.html
Plant-based nutrition vs Animalbased nutrition
A short documentary about rising
food prices and an impending
food crisis in the UK. In London,
obesity and food poverty rates are
skyrocketing, and healthy food
has become the privilege of the
wealthy. But London is also the city
where community organisations
are shaping alternatives. Best Before
follows the people taking back
control of food production in the UK and providing an alternative
for a more sustainable, ecological and socially just food system.

What we can do to End World Hunger
This video shows that, by eating a varied diet containing plenty of
fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and whole grains, it is easy to get all
the nutrients we require without meat, dairy, fish and eggs. with
the added bonus that plant-based foods contain neither saturated
animal fat, cholesterol nor the acidifying effects of animal-derived
foods. http://evolvecampaigns.org.uk/evolve/videos.aspx
The Meatrix
This video explains that meat-eating societies are the main cause
of world hunger, because they feed a disproportionate percentage
of the world’s crops to the 60 billion land animals annually killed
by the meat, dairy and egg industries worldwide, and tens of
billions of marine animals... instead of the 7 billion people on the
planet. http://evolvecampaigns.org.uk/evolve/videos.aspx
A Life Connected: Vegan
In this dark satire of The Matrix, Leo, a pig on a seemingly bucolic
family farm, is approached by Moopheus, an anthropomorphic
bull. Moopheus shows Leo that the farm he has known is an
illusion, and that he is really trapped in a horrific factory farm.
Leo and Moopheus then work to break out of the Meatrix and
help others do the same, with some help from a third character,
Chickity.

V Bites Foods Ltd
Formerly Redwood Wholefoods, VBites is owned by skiing
champion Heather Mills, and are the producers of some of the
best vegan meats and cheeses in the UK today, that truly deserve a
string of Olympic gold medals.
One of their most incredible products is the ‘Super Melting
Cheezly Mozzarella’ which looks and feels just like the real thing
and actually melts just like real cheese, which means it can be
used as a superb ingredient in its own right in a multitude of dishes
such as pizza, lasagne and cheeseburgers.
With their almost unparalleled range of sausages, burgers, together
with salmons and cakes, there’s never a dull moment in a vegan
kitchen with Redwoods to hand - particularly when it comes to
festive occasions with whole vegan roasts available. And that’s not
all, as well as over 40 ‘meat and cheese’ products, the company
have now ventured into the specialist oils market (including flax,
hemp, omega seed, and coconut oils), & have their own range of
dairy-free pizzas and desserts available too, as well as fudge and
chocolate and a host of other products. Their products are now
widely available in health food shops across the UK.
Vbites also have a very well-established eatery at the country’s
veggie capital Brighton, with a full-blown menu packed with
mouth-watering vegan dishes. The restaurant has welcomed not
only veggies and vegans, but a substantial amount of meat-eaters
curious about what plant-based foods are like, who’re often blown
away by how amazing meat-free options can taste.
VBites will be at London 2013 for both days in full effect with a
catering operation outside for those who want to indulge in eating
out big time with some of their best-selling products available.
They will also be serving free tasters of other products from their
range on their stall, and you can of course buy many of their
products on the day too.
VBites has been nominated for the national VegfestUK 10th
anniversary awards in 2 different categories: ‘Best Place to Eat’ and
‘Best Veggie Meat Product’ for their Beef Pasty.
Big thanks to VBites for their support of our London bash - they
sponsored our first show back in 2003 and have been massive
supporters ever since. They are sponsoring all the Campaigns

Frys
Fry’s are truly an inspiration to mankind. Based in South Africa,
they produce some of the world’s best vegan meat products that
are irresistible not only to veggies, vegans and meat reducers, but
even the most hard-core carnivores – who after every bite are left
bemused as to why they didn’t give vegan meats a chance before.
Not to be missed is their sublime chicken burger, a massive
favourite in the nation and particularly the VegfestUK offices. It
won the VegfestUK 2011 award in the ‘Best Vegan Meat’ category. Its
texture and flavour are so incredibly similar to the real thing, that
it’s tempting to think that we’re actually biting into real chicken.
And it truly puts real chicken counterparts such as the McDonalds
and KFC varieties to shame – both in terms of taste and ethics.
Not to be missed too are their innumerable varieties of meat-free
steaks, pies, sausages, rolls, schnitzels, nuggets, and many other
sumptuous creations. Their ‘Pepper and steak pie’ in particular
has been nominated for this year’s VegfestUK award in the ‘Best
veggie meat product’ category.
Thanks to the phenomenal work of Pat and Lisa Drummy from
Fry’s Distribution UK, Fry’s products are now widely available
across our nation. They can be found in supermarkets and
numerous independent health shops as well as Holland and
Barrett stores. Fry’s UK distribution now reaches the 3663 chain,
which means that virtually no one has to miss out, not even
the kids in schools or those working in hospitals, prisons and
universities. Just go and demand that your workplace stocks these
amazing gems!
The support that we have received from these guys cannot be
understated. Since our shows began 10 years ago, Fry’s UK have
given us extremely loyal and generous backing, even during the
not so good times. Our shows would never have taken off the
way they have now without Fry’s behind us. So all our heartfelt
gratitude must go to this tremendous brand and also to Pat and
Lisa. Fry’s are sponsoring all the Nutrition talks at London.

Nakd Wholefoods
Nakd Wholefoods are the producers of some of the world’s most
irresistible snack bars which have been immensely popular with
the UK population, regardless of dietary backgrounds. Their
products are not only 100% vegan, but also at least 95% raw, and
free of gluten, wheat and added sugar, with a nice combination
of healthy fats providing ample fuel to busy individuals and
sportspeople throughout the day. They have 4 different varieties
in their product repertoire: smoosh bars, oatie bars, ‘Trek’ bars and
crunch bars.
The smoosh bars have been an all-time favourites ever since their
existence, consisting solely of 100% raw natural ingredients such
as nuts, dates and fruits smooshed together, with no added sugar,
syrup or other artificials. These bars come in 9 different flavours:
Cocoa Mint, Cocoa Orange, Cocoa Delight, Rhubarb & Custard,
Cashew Cookie, Banana Bread, Pecan Pie and Berry Delights.
Nakd have a range of flavoured raisins available too in a variety
of styles including Tangy Lime, Pineapple, Orange, Lemon, Crazy
Cola and Cherry - and they also have a bunch of other bars out too
known as ‘Oatie’ bars - just raw fruits, oats, nuts and spices mixed
together. Thanks to the added oats, they’re slightly denser, chewier
and less sweet than the other bars in their range. These oaties are
available in 4 flavours: Apple Pie, Cocoa Loco, Berry Delights and
Banana Bread.
A recent addition to their extremely popular range are the new
Nakd Crunch bars - which contain a delicious combination of fruit,
nuts and protein crunchies, all smooshed together into a handbag
friendly bar. With 5.5 grams (18%) of added protein, each bar has a
wonderfully crunchy texture, slowly releasing energy for a lasting
boost. All this extra goodness will keep you feeling fuller for longer,
making the bars perfect for every tummy-rumbling occasion,
whether it’s at breakfast, mid-morning, during the afternoon, or
pre- and post-exercise.
Check out their entire range at www.eatnakd.com

Animals Asia
The Vegan Society
Animals Asia is devoted to ending the barbaric practice of bear
bile farming and improving the welfare of animals in China and
Vietnam. It promotes compassion and respect for all animals
and works to bring about long-term change. It has three major
programmes: End Bear Bile Farming, Cat and Dog Welfare, and
Zoos and Safari Parks.
Established back in 1944, the Vegan Society will be celebrating
its 70th birthday next year. Its outreach work in the community
on cruelty-free, healthy living has gone from strength to strength
over the years, and we certainly hope that the year 2014 will mark
another year of phenomenal growth of interest in living without
animal exploitation.
Big thanks to our celebrity guest Dave Spikey for his generosity in
making this possible for Animals Asia. Dave says “My wife and I
have long been supporters of Animals Asia and its work to improve
welfare for animals across Asia. We have been particularly
affected by their campaign to end the farming of endangered
bears for their bile, which constitutes some of the worst cases of
animal abuse in the world today. We will not forget our visit to
the bear farms in Vietnam and to the charity’s two sanctuaries in
China and Vietnam, where we saw for ourselves how animals that
have suffered both mental and physical torture can recover to lead
lives free from pain and fear. We are proud to have played our part
in raising funds and awareness of Animals Asia’s vital work.”
Their quarterly publication the Vegan celebrates the best vegan
recipes and provides the latest updates on plant-based products,
campaigns for ethical lifestyles, media coverage, and many other
interesting topics. It won VegFest UK awards in 2011 and 2008 and
has been nominated for this year’s awards too. This magazine
comes with a subscription for memberships to the Vegan Society
at a small cost - a good way of giving back to the Society which
works towards a world free from the exploitation of all animals.
www.animalsasia.org
Enormous credit must go to the inspirational CEO Jasmijn de
Boo for her astute leadership and vision in taking the work of the
Vegan Society to the level of recognition it receives today both
in vegetarian circles and in mainstream media. VegfestUK are
certainly delighted to continue its cooperation with the Society in
promoting vegan lifestyles far and wide.

Vegusto
BonPom
Vegusto is the proud producer of some of the world’s most original
and unique vegan meats and cheeses. Not only are their products
super-delicious, but their ethical environmental stance in their
source of ingredients is second to none, with their choice of
coconut oil in place of palm oil top of the list.
Their cheeses are not only dairy-free, but also soya-free too. These
come in many different varieties, from the stronger-flavoured NoMoo Piquant, to the more subtle No-Moo Mild Aromatic – proud
winner of 3 Free From Food Awards last year. And pizzas lovers
have been purring at their No-Moo Melty cheese too, which melts
very nicely just like the usual dairy counterpart. Adding to this
glittering cheese collection is their No-Moo Cheese sauce – a very
genuine if not superior alternative to the Moo version, giving not
only vegans but the lactose intolerant and those with soya allergy
the cheezy flavours that they have previously missed out on.
Believe it or not, their cheesses are so good to have changed the
perception on cheese from one certain cheesophobic member of
the VegfestUK team - from downright disgusting to very edible.
And this year Vegusto’s entered the vegan meat market with
an almighty bash – with its awesome array of sandwich slices,
roasts, sausages and many others, giving carnivores plenty to
think about on whether to cling onto their favourite animal-based
counterparts. These products are also great for festive occasions
too, especially if you fancy showing off in front of your omni pals
who’re wondering what vegans eat for goodness sake.
Bon Pom believe healthy, positive living can definitely be tasty, fun
and sexy! It’s more like rocket salad than rocket science. Whilst
a lot of people still think healthier living means abstinence and
misery, Bon Pom firmly believe that a little of what you fancy does
you good.
It’s not all just about what we put into our bodies it’s also what we
put on them! Bon Pom now have an ever growing range of bath
products such as their pink Himalayan bath salt with lavender,
rose or rosemary, or their popular Dead Sea salts.
Add to that, their innovative iSalt cooking pad, a large slab of
Himalayan salt, which you heat on the stove top and cook directly
on, a bit like a griddle, though made from salt!
Check out all their irresistibles and stock up your favourites at
