fter her marriage to
actor Karan Patel,
Ankita Bhargava is
set to return to TV with
Reporters. The actress was
last seen making an appearance in Nach Baliye for hubby
Karan. According to a source,
she will play a rich businesswoman in the show. The
source says, “Ankita will play
Shreya, Rajeev Khandelwal’s
ex wife, who will buy over the
TV channel in the show.”
Ankita remained unavailable
for comment.

Karam Rajpal was into
motorcycle stunt riding
before turning actor
aram Rajpal,
who plays the
male lead in
Mere Angne Mein,
prefers
doing
all
things himself and
that includes the
stunts, too. In an
episode of the show,
his character was
required to perform
stunts on a bike near a
lake. And while the
production unit suggested using a body
double for the scene,
Karam insisted on
performing the stunt
on his own. That’s
because, before taking
up acting profession,
Karam
he was part of a
Rajpal
motorcycle stunt riding
group
from
Punjab. Says the actor,
“After
performing
some
heavy-duty
stunts, this one was
like a cake walk. There was also another stunt where I had
to save my onscreen brother from fire, for which I covered
a 12-ft distance on an aluminum ladder without any harness.” And while such high-octane action sequences give
him an adrenaline rush, his passion has always been a
cause of concern for his parents. He says, “They would
always worry about my safety and dissuade me from participating in such stunts. I would always tell them to not
worry as it’s safe.”

another time leap of three years. The
historical show has seen two leaps earlier —

Khan to play the grown-up Pratap in the first

there will be no change in the cast as of now.
