For most people, water is the best thing to drink to stay hydrated, but foods such as fruits & vegetables are a great source of water. Hydration isn’t just important during physical activity. Sitting in the sun on a hot or humid day, even if you aren’t exercising, can also cause your body to need more fluids. Seasonal Beach Rentals Members have come to appreciate the convenience of having a chair and umbrella set-up in advance of their Lodge beach visit. Enjoy unlimited access to a beach chair and umbrella for only $300 per item for the seven month season (March – September). Availability is first-come, first-served and may be limited on holidays.
