Mo’sound.... Mo’everything... This group has been performing together for over 25 years and several were actually “walkin’ the walk and talkin’ the talk” in the heart of the 60’s Motown Movement. Group members have played with The Four Tops, Martha Reeves, Natalie Cole, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Mary Wilson, The Temptations, and many other Motown favorites. So, if you love the Motown sound, this is a show for your “must see” list! Branded sets the standard for excellence in Inspirational Country Music. Their unique style and tight harmonies define the genre of Christian Country, earning them the title of Duo of The Year for 2005, 2006, and 2007, along with 2008 Song of the Year. Paul Staggs and Robert Welch have taken their music beyond the boundaries of Gospel music. Add Tim Crispin on drums and Dennis Hogan playing bass and adding Vocal, and their unique sound soars. They have eight studio CD’s and numerous charting singles. Papa Doo Run Run Saturday, August 4 • 2:30 p.m. in Freedom Hall If you love classic surfin’ tunes, this group is for you! This legendary band started in 1965 and quickly discovered they sounded like the Beach Boys. By 1975 they had the Top 40 hit “Be True To Your School.” They went on to tour with Jan & Dean and the Beach Boys throughout the next two decades. Their ground breaking CD “California Project” (1985) exploded onto the Billboard Hot 100 Chart at no. 17 and earned the band their second Gold Record and a Grammy Nomination. Today, Papa Doo Run Run is who the Beach Boys call when they need someone to fill in with their band. 7
