consistently deliver a well-marbled steak known for its tenderness, juiciness and flavour. A household
name in Tokyo and Hong Kong, Beef City Black is a proud South East Queensland product.
SWIFT PREMIUM
Sourced from young prime cattle, Swift Premium is an MSA graded grass fed beef that is processed
exclusively by JBS Australia at their flagship facility in Dinmore on the outskirts of Brisbane. Traditional
Australian farmers breed stock under strict handling conditions in order to deliver tender, juicy and
flavoursome meat known for its texture and overall eating qualities. Named “Australia’s Best Steak” in 2014.
GREAT SOUTHERN
Great Southern Beef is produced under the JBS Farm Assurance program and is sourced from British
breeds such as Angus and Hereford that are raised in Southern Australia – extending as far and wide as
Gippsland, South Western Victoria and Tasmania. Free range cattle that have been selected for the Great
Southern Beef brand have never been treated with hormone growth promotants, antibiotics or GMOs.
ROYAL 100
Royal 100 is exclusively produced by JBS Australia in collaboration with the RNA and their ‘Paddock to
Palate’ competition. More than 100 of the very best livestock producers from across the eastern seaboard
enter cattle to the competition where they are judged on their performance and eating quality score on the
MSA grading system after a 100 day grain ration in southern Queensland.
TAJIMA
Tajima is the most famous of all the Wagyu bloodlines, originating from the Hyogo prefecture in Japan.
Raised in Northern Victoria, this crossbred Wagyu is fed a specially formulated Japanese diet for a minimum
of 400 days.
