Hello everyone on Wednesday, today I get a chance to visit and try the food here at Ito-kacho, a
fine yakiniku dining restaurant. Let start off with Potato Salad, Marinated pork, and Seafood. For
beef, we start with Beef intestine, Beef tongue and chef Aof is out presenting us how to grill the
beef in the right direction. We get to try Matsu Set which comprise of 6 part of variety beef,
Tokujobara, Rosu, Nakabara, Kainomi, Tsubozuki and we end up with Stone Ice Cream, Green
tea and Mango Flavor
