* Art Intake: Wednesday April 30th, 10:00 am-4:00 pm. Judging: 4:00 pm-5:00 pm.
Setup date & time: Thursday, May 1st, from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Please park and unload for set up at the back of the house in a designated parking space.
* Event dates & time: Friday, May 2 – Sunday, May 11th from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
* Breakdown date & time: Monday, May 12th at 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Please park and load for breakdown at the back of the house.
Breakdown Directions: Club members will enter through the Service Gate and proceed to the back of
the house for loading. Club members will exit out the Service Gate.
