The northern part of the valley belongs to Stelvio National Park where many guided visits and treks take place.

(about 30 km. far) a long cycle lane follows the track of former country roads and the new railway,
becoming an activity largely accessible to everyone thanks also to the “train+bike” formula.
The cycle lane runs along the course of the River Noce, a paradise for the lovers of fluvial
activities such as rafting, kayaking,and hydrospeed.
In the various leisure centres in the valley many other activities can be practisedsuch

Residence Bucaneve is located in Marilleva 1400 a modern tourist centre for
winter and summer holidays, in the middle of Val di Sole with a nice view on
the Dolomites of Brenta and on the Ortles-Cevedale group.
Bucaneve is a small tourist complex, located in front of the entrance of Solaria
Shopping Centre. It has its own service plan with bar and restaurant. Appreciated for its familiarity and very good prices.

Marilleva 1400 is one of the most modern and well equipped tourist
areas in Val di Sole: its position makes Marilleva 1400 a good resort for relax and rest but also an excellent starting point for trekking to the mountains
or walks or for the other sports activities such as rafting or summer skiing,
which can be practised in the neighbourhoods. The apartments are located
in different residences of Marilleva 1400: they are modern residential complexes with typical wooden furnished apartments, with equipped kitchenette corner, Tv, some of them have an oven and some have a balcony.
APARTMENT TYPOLOGIES:
- Studio: a kitchenette corner and a night zone with 2/4 beds, bathroom.
- 2roomed type: a living-room with kitchenette corner and night zone with
2/3 beds further night zone with 2 beds, bathroom.
- 3toomed type. As the 2roomed type with one bedroom more,
for 2 people.
In every kind of apartment, apart from studios, rooms are separated by special wooden/sliding walls or wardrobes.
Marilleva 1400 is one of the most modern holiday area in Val di Sole. Residence Artuik is a residential complex with typical
wood furnished apartments, belonging to private properties but managed by a single organisation. All the apartments have a
car park and they are equipped with a kitchenette corner, a Tv, come of them have a little balcony and other have an oven. The
Residence has its own services: the admission is possible through a club card that can be directly bought at the reception desk.

- Studio : kitchenette corner and night zone with a double reclining bed, bathroom and a bunk bed, bathroom.
- Studio 3/4 : kitchenette corner and a night zone with a double reclining bed and a bunk bed, bathroom.
- 2 roomed type: a living-room with a kitchenette corner and a reclining double bed that separates this area from the night zone
with a further bunk bed; bathroom, balcony.
- 2 roomed type 4/6: as the 2 roomed type 4 with one bunk bed more in the night zone.
Residence SOLARIA-ALBARÈ
Residence Solaria is located in Marilleva 1400 one the most modern and well equipped
tourist areas in Val di Sole. Because of its position inside Dolomites range, it’s a very good
spot for trips and it offers many possibilities for exciting outdoor activities as mountaineering,
rafting, summer ski on the nearby Tonale Glacier and excursions.
All the apartments, belonging to private
properties are modern and comfortable and
equipped with a kitchenette corner, a Tv, an
oven, a fridge (some of 2 Roomed and 3
Roomed Superior apartments have also a
dishwasher and a freezer) and an unattended
parking is provided. In the shopping centre inside the residence a supermarket, a token laundry
service and other facilities are provided. Internet point with WI-FI connection for FREE.

APARTMENTS
These apartments are located in private buildings or in little Villas, some newly built or renovated in
the various villages along Val di Sole, from Mezzana to Mestriago/Daolasa.
In the spots, easily connected to the trekking and walk paths, there is every kind of facility as shops,
bars, restaurants, horse riding, tennis court, swimming pool, minigolf, archery, rafting… and the new
Acquacenter of Malè with semi-olympic swimming pool, relaxing pool with Jacuzzi and baby-pool.
Villa Sole is located in a quiet and sunny spot in Almazzago of Commezzadura/Daolasa; hither the
apartments have kitchenette corner with fridge, oven on request, parking place or shared garage of
Villa’s property and some of them have a fireplace; barbecue outside, a token laundry and all of the
apartments have a balcony or a little garden; a large shared garden outside with children’s playground
and a little soccer field that can be used by the customers.
Villa Carola is located in a central spot in Mezzana; the apartments have a kitchenette corner with
fridge and oven, and a Tv.
Villa Vecchio Maso is always in Mezzana, on the way to go to Marilleva 900, just in front of
“Promescaiol” centre; is composed by four-roomed apartments elegantly furnished and full equipped
with oven, freezer/fridge, dishwasher and a Tv SAT; all of them have a parking place outside and a
car park inside a garage.

• Two roomed type: living-room with kitchenette corner and a double sofa bed, bedroom with a
double bed, a bathroom with a shower.

APARTMENTS IN MARILLEVA
Marilleva 900 is located in the centre of Val di Sole, only 800 metres
far from the characteristic village of Mezzana and on the right bank
of the river Noce. In the spot there is every kind of facility (shops,
restaurants, pizzerias, bar/pubs, horse-riding, bike lane, minigolf,
archery, mountain bike hire, tennis court, swimming pool and spa
centres in the hotels of Mezzana). Tonale Pass, with its glacier for the
summer skiing is only 20 km far and Madonna di Campiglio can be
reached in 15 minutes driving. All the apartments are located in the
various residences of the tourist area.

CAUTION MONEY
•compulsory deposit of Euro 150 per apartment to be paid on arrival; deposit will be returned on departure after our check in the apartment.
ARRIVALS and delivery keys: from 4 p.m. by 7 p.m. at IMMOBILIARE SOLANDRA, Via IV Novembre 79, 38020 Mezzana in Val di Sole, TN: in case of
delay beyond 7 p.m. (our closing time) please call the number 0039 0463/757430 in order to be able to agree on where to collect the keys and pay the
settlement: in case of failure in giving notice of the delay, the apartment will be delivered the next day!
DEPARTURES: from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.; for departures out of the hours and the days scheduled the deposit will be refunded by money transfer. The payment of the caution money and of the additional expenses must be done only cash. NO DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS.
CANCELLATION of stay: in any case 10% of the down payment will be withheld for administration fees; 75% if it will be done from 30 to 9 days before the
arrival; 100% up to 8 days before the arrival and in case of NO SHOW.
