The Classic Wedding Package
At The Crown Room, our goal is to take away as much of the
“day- of” stress as possible from you and your groom by
giving special attention to every detail from beginning the
planning process through to the end of your reception.
We want to not only meet your needs, but we also strive to
exceed your expectations in creating your lifetime memory,
your wedding day. Our visionary staff will help you with all
the details of bringing everything together to create your
dream, and share several money saving tips and ideas with
you throughout the process!
The Crown Room is a newer west-side facility that was
established in 2005. We can accommodate up to 180 guests.
The ballroom provides the perfect setting for your big day in
creating a very intimate and elegant atmosphere.
Our lavish appointed ballroom is beautifully decorated with
striking wood panel walls, 8 exquisite crystal chandeliers and
matching wall sconces surround the room. (all on dimmers)
There are several beautiful areas for pictures in and around
the building such as a fireplace and sitting area, the grand
staircase, and an outdoor area.
The Crown Room offers up to 4 hours of party time,
additional time may be purchased. The room is available 1
hour prior for set up. We plan for you to have the room
approximately 1 hour after your function is scheduled to pick
up your items and vendor teardown. The Crown Room offers
all-inclusive and a la carte pricing. You can see general

When you walk into The Crown Room on your wedding day, everything will be set up and ready for
you and your guests. Our staff makes every effort to not only to meet your needs, but also strives to
go above and beyond your expectations for your special day. You can also make arrangements to have
assembled centerpieces and party favors to be placed out in advance.
As mentioned above, the all-inclusive wedding packages are available. If you are interested in

Menus at The Crown Room
All of our caterers offer exceptional service, price, and delicious food. You will work
with our in house coordinator when selecting your menu. All menu choices, questions,
and taste testing’s will be arranged through The Crown Room.
In order to keep your total cost low, you may consider using disposable wear. All
prices listed, are listed using a heavy duty clear disposable wear. If you do choose to
use real china, there is an additional charge of $3.50 per person.
Guest count: You may add guests to the number of expected guests up to 10 days prior
to the event. A final guest count is to be made 10 business days prior to your function.
If making changes to the final count, this number can only increase.
Bill Due: The total bill is due to be paid in full by 10 days prior to the event. If the total
needs revisions with changes made to it, any additional balance/credit must be paid 7
days prior to the event. (No personal checks)
Cancellation: A cancellation fee in the amount of the room rental balance and 30% of
the estimated food & beverage still be due if the event is cancelled less than 30 days.
There are no refunds of any deposits paid if a cancellation occurs.
All caterers offer water & iced tea as their standard beverage. Coffee & lemonade must
be requested for some caterers.
All linen tablecloths and napkins will be included on final bill. Table linens are offered
in over 30 colors.

Our lighter version of fried chicken. ¼ chicken seasoned, lightly floured and baked. Served
with Mashed Potatoes, Seasoned Green Beans and dinner rolls.

Seasoned Grilled Chicken Breast topped with our own Black-eyed pea salsa. Served with our

Bar Service at The Crown Room
Bartending Information:
If you have elected to serve alcohol at your event, bartending service will be arranged for you.
The cost for a bar set up for 4 hours is $300.00.. It is $50.00 per hour to reserve the bar service for each
additional hour after. This fee will need to be paid in cash or check only on the night of your event. No credit
cards are accepted.
Bar Options:
Cash Bar:
In choosing to offer a cash bar, only the bartenders will need to be reserved. Guests will pay for the
beverages themselves.
Hosted Bar:
The choice to offer a hosted bar will include the 2 bartender (s) based upon your guests total and you
will be billed based upon consumption at the end of the evening.
The Crown Room bar service and its staff will discontinue alcohol service to disruptive or visibly impaired
guests.
The Crown Room bar service will have a last call forty-five (45) minutes prior to the event’s scheduled ending
with all bar service to end thirty (30) minutes prior to the end of the event.
All bar services are provided up to four hours. Events requiring bar services for more than four hours will be
charged an additional $50.00 per hour.
In compliance with Indiana State Law, all alcohol at the event must be purchased from The Crown Room bar
service and provided by its staff.
If a guest is caught with alcohol from an outside source, the event coordinator will remove the alcohol from the
guest.
