this Mardi Gras season. Ten action-packed days of
activities and special deals await the savvy visitor who
prefers their Mardi Gras experience to have a more laidback beach vibe. Bring the whole family to enjoy the
festivities and get lost on the Lost Key!
Saturday • February 7
Pirates of Lost Treasure Flotilla • 10 a.m.
Come watch the procession of vessels decked out
in Mardi Gras decor launch from the Sunset Grille at
Holiday Harbor with boat horns and music blasting,
while members of the Pirates of Lost Treasure Krewe
toss beads and other throws at several stops along
the Intracoastal Waterway. The line of boats will pass
under the Baars Bridge to the Oyster Bar Restaurant and
Marina where hundreds of people line up on the dock,
eventually reaching its final destination, the Flora-Bama,
for a blowout celebration and the announcement of
parade winners.

The Perdido Key Area Chamber Mardi Gras Snowbird
Roost will feature more than 30 local vendors, live Mardi
Gras music by the Dixieland Dandies and a delicious lunch
catered by Voyagers Restaurant for only $5! There are two
luncheon times available, 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. New this
year is a tour of 4 local condominium properties. A tour bus
will be leaving the community center at 10 a.m. returning
at 12:30 p.m., just in time for the 1 p.m. luncheon. A second
tour for guests who attended the 11:30 a.m. luncheon
departs the community center at 12:45 p.m. and returns at
3 p.m. Advance ticket purchase for the luncheon is required
and space is limited to the first 50 guests on each bus tour.

Pensacola Grand Mardi Gras Parade • 2 p.m.
Pensacola’s Grand Mardi Gras Parade is the largest
annual event in Downtown Pensacola. More than
100,000 residents and visitors gather to enjoy the
pageantry and excitement of a parade with more than
6,000 participants and 250 entries.

Fireworks Display • 7p.m.
Come on over for Cajun food, special drink prices, King
Cake, arts and crafts booths and a best mask and bead
contest. Mardi Gras music begins at 3 p.m., continuing
into the evening with more music by the Blenders.
The Perdido Key Chamber of Commerce will provide a
fireworks show over the Intracoastal Waterway at 7 p.m.
