GRAND OAKS
MANSION
Step back in time into our one-of-a-kind indoor replica of an antebellum mansion. Impress your guests with a mansion façade framed by
towering columns, complemented by magnificent grounds and foot
bridges over a stream; all architecture is finished with an antiqued
look that recalls Southern charm and glamour. This awe-inspiring
recreation is complete with two bars and flexible with a variety of
food stations and seating arrangements. Finish the look with oak
trees and a starlit sky; your guests won’t believe their eyes.
IBERVILLE &
BIENVILLE ROOMS
These setups offer the opportunity to enjoy a meeting, luncheon,
rehearsal dinner, or even a baby shower in a more intimate setting. Both
rooms are located inside the Grand Oaks Mansion, making them successful breakout rooms for a reception in the Mansion, or ideally situated for
a smaller event. The Iberville room is slightly larger, with private access
to the Plaza, while the Bienville room boasts a connecting entrance to
the Grand Oaks Mansion and Ballroom.
RIVER CITY
BALLROOM
A massive venue with 40-ft ceilings and over 30,000 sq. ft. of
event space is ideal for seated dinners, concerts, and everything
in between. The main ballroom floor features a 40 x 24 ft. stage
and the remarkable second floor mezzanine offers breathtaking
views of the river. The ballroom acts as your blank canvas, allowing you to create the event of your dreams. With its state-of-theart LED lighting and high-def surround sound system, the River
City Ballroom is New Orleans’ premier setting, whether you’re
hosting a formal black tie evening or a rock n’ roll extravaganza.
