Implementing a unique multi-rise mixed-use design, The Mondrian features a 20-story tower with 146 units and an adjoining four-story low-rise section comprised of 72 urbanstyle lofts. The tower portion of the building, scaled to relate to the adjacent context. The structure is accompanied with structural parking, two courtyards, and retails space. With an average size of 1,427 square feet, units feature contemporary styles and luxury elements attractive to urban dwellers. By balancing the cost of high-rise construction with low-rise construction, the project includes the best of both lifestyles while being financially viable. The 218 rental apartments and 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail enliven the street. Five levels of structured parking and two courtyards complete the plan.
