Founded in 1959, the purpose of this club is the preservation and enjoyment of all antique, classic, vintage and special
interest vehicles and all relevant historical materials pertaining thereto; and to encourage and promote the social
aspect of camaraderie found among fellow members, their families and friends who share those interests.
Meetings are held at 7:30 pm on the second Tuesday of the month except July and August, at

Welcome & Introduction
The meeting was called to order at 7.30 pm by acting Director Al Riise., and member Bob Hamshaw.
Asked for volunteers to fill the chairs of Pres, VP and Secretary, currently empty.
Jan meeting report-Refer to the minutes in the newsletter and on the web site.
No motion, and No second.
Members & Guests 29 members ..
Bob Hamshaw gave a lengthy report on not having a Figure Head , VP and Secretary for the executive positions as of this date Under
the Societies Act and the APAC Bylaws these are required for various reasons.
Cheque and contract signing where mentioned. A transition committee consisting of members and volunteers was established to
evaluate this situation and report back by the May meeting.
Transition Committee Options going forward. Al Riise & Bob Hamshaw were nominated and accepted to be heading this committee.
They were joined by volunteers, James Wear, Rene Blei, Jim McCormick, Sue MacKenzie, Kyle White, Michel Gelinas , and Bob
Stevens.
Membership: Michel Gelinas was absent so Brian Cormier was substituting for him.
Raffles: Lucky members received some nice prizes.
Events/Tours: - no confirmed dates for events.
Treasurer: Ron McLeod-Mentioned that we are solvent at this time and stressed the need for the top executive positions to
be filled.
FIVA Report: —Bob Hamshaw, presented a logo and explanation of what FIVA is and does. They have a web site to look
at.
Editor: -Thanks to Rich for outlining on the front page of the Auto News, the current positions open.
Sunshine Report: -- This position is vacant.
Bob Stevens presented an audio & video presentation of the restoration of his 1952 Chev pick up. A great presentation and
a new pickup to attend our car shows and events.

Next meeting- March 8, 2016. Guest Speaker will be Darryl from DeGreeve Auto Upholstery. Books will be offered for sale again
to reduce our inventory instead of a Raffle tickets being offered.

1935 Rolls-Royce Phantom II, Serial Number 14UK.
This car was built and delivered on May 30th, 1935. The coachwork is by Brewster and Co., also of New York. The engine is
a 7668 cubic centimetre six cylinder. Four speeds, dual ignition, servo operated brakes, fitted with 20 inch Dunlop Wire
Wheels. This is a right-hand drive on a 150 inch wheel base.
The body is aluminum with steel fenders with mahogany running boards. This beauty has had a three year, ground, up restoration!
