hosted by our chair, Carrie Doll.
The only pediatric emergency in central and northern Alberta is at
the Stollery Children’s Hospital. Dr. Bruce Wright and his staff work
with other health care providers and hospitals throughout the
region to provide an integrated network of pediatric emergency
care. The department treats more than 48,500 patient visits per year
– 15 per cent of these children require admission to hospital.
