A warm welcome to all our members, old & new…
Last months issue covered the brand new ranges from Ravensburger.
Since there were so many great new jigsaws on offer we are featuring
more for February and also enclosing their latest catalogue. All products
are available (those in the catalogue included) although not everything
is in stock just yet, but whatever your choice we will ensure you don’t
have to wait too long.

Any of you who like international scenes should check out
the beautiful photograph of Linderhoff Castle (500 piece),
the richly toned illustration entitled In the Heart of Southern
France (500 piece) or the very cheerful photographic scene
of Amsterdam (1000pc).
And there are several new designs linked to the ocean –
Underwater Adventure 500pc and Jewels of the Sea 1000pc
are stunning underwater designs from hugely popular artist
Howard Robinson, whilst Safe Haven captures life above
the waves in a tranquil harbour. All the designs are packed
with detail, textures and colours we’re sure you’ll enjoy!
Fans of Chris Rogers London scenes will note that the
London Skyline and London View to the West 1000pc
puzzles now include that fantastic building, The Shard.
Now we come to Ravensburger’s fantastic range of
larger piece count puzzles. They are one of the very few
companies still to offer such a broad range of titles for the
real puzzling “professionals”!
There are 6 new 1500 piece designs – Elegy for a Dead
Admiral (Jack Vettriano again), photographic puzzles
Skyline NYC, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Lake Maggiore,
Hordaland Norway) and Horses at the Seaside.
In the 2000 piece format there are 3 new designs - Map of
the World, Vintage Vacations, St Mark’s Square Venice; four
new 3000 piece designs - Around the World, Tigers at the
Waterhole, Austrian Mountains and Fascinating Norway; a

Sistine Chapel, and a wonderful 9000 piece design entitled
Underwater Paradise.
Ravensburger’s Augmented Reality has revolutionized the
world of puzzling, and there are 2 new designs now available.
Times Square, New York allows you to add your own
photograph to the billboards and offers a 360º animation
of the scene; the World Map offers an interactive quiz game,
guaranteed to keep those little grey cells working.
There’s also an exciting new addition to Ravensburger’s
popular accessories and storage range. The Puzzle Sort and
Go sorting trays are made from high quality plastic, and are
designed to help you sort and store jigsaw pieces during
assembly. Shaped like puzzle pieces, these blue trays are
stackable and will hold up to 1000 average sized pieces.
Finally Puzzle Glue and Go now comes in a cute little jigsawshaped bottle, and contains enough glue to permanently
seal two 1000 piece puzzles.

What a great idea! I am really pleased I took the
opportunity of joining the VIP Membership offer in
November 2011- Having done a quick calculation I have
had at least £156.00 worth of free jigsaws- (add postage
and that comes to £204.00) for my initial payment of
£125.00 Not my strongest subject but I think that works
out at around 27% discount. I always buy a minimum of
3 Jigsaws a month so the rules worked out as well. I hope
you will extend this offer for 2013. I will be very happy to
indulge again… Well done, whoever came up with this

Many thanks for your feedback- We tried this offer with a small
percentage of our members and have been pleased with the
results. We will be extending it to ALL our `puzzlers’ for 2013. If

What’s happening? I ordered and am still waiting for
my `Portapuzzle Pro’ which I thought was a very handy
addition to my Jigsaw hobby. Usually, you are so quick
but I think my order has been pending now for almost two
months. Please-Please- when can I expect…
We are truly sorry for the long wait, but I believe the Manufacturer
was totally overwhelmed by the interest and sales of this product.
We were in their hands, having been promised delivery in
November….which didn’t materialise. We were also waiting for the
`Foldable Puzzle Mat’ which has apparently been discontinued in
advance of being made!!! All adds to the pressure. We take these
orders in good faith, having already placed our orders with the
Manufacturer and expect to provide our usual service. Sadly this
has not happened on this occasion although everyone waiting
should now have received the ‘Portapuzzle Pro’ If we’ve missed

Well! Ravensburger did it again. The range we
introduced last month had to be re-ordered before
we had our delivery. We were totally overwhelmed yet
again with the quality and variety that those lovely
people at Ravensburger have come up with. Lots more
in this issue which I know will be equally as popular.
IMPORTANT INFO: You may have noticed that we
have been sending out orders of two plus jigsaws by
Interlink Express. The reason for this is that without a
substantial increase in postage. It is no longer viable
to send multiple jigsaws by Royal Mail. (We have taken
the hit on the increased cost of this service but cannot
take the extra cost of postage as well)
We know that our Members would prefer to receive their
orders in the post, but anything over a kilo (That’s most
jigsaws) costs more than the carrier cost. We hope you
will be understanding and accept that unless we increase
postage to cover multiple orders we will continue to use
Interlink for heavier/multiple jigsaw orders.
Interlink will notify you of a pending delivery with a
timed delivery slot if you have a mobile no. or an email
address so please let us have details of either when
placing orders.
Sorry for any inconvenience, but we do not want to
increase the delivery costs to our members.
