You can authorize others, such as parents, grandparents, or employers access to your
account information. They will have the ability to submit whole or partial payments,
access tax statements, and view payment history.

•From this screen, you can view the account activity and pay the bill by clicking on

eBills
SSC has the option of sending an ebill on a monthly basis. The ebill will
show tuition and academic fees along with other charges such as a financial
aid refund that might be owed.
Direct Deposit
We encourage you to have refunds deposited into your bank account using direct deposit. To
set up direct deposit, complete the direct deposit bank account section in SSC, under the
eRefunds section. If you are expecting a refund, deposits should begin to appear within 2-3
business days after the release of refunds from the Bursar’s office in Columbia (dates
pending). Refunds can also be issued in the form of a paper check and mailed, but this may
take an additional 7 business days. Always update your address throughout your academic
career.
