SAV Secret Recipes and Seafood Robatayaki Dinner Buffet
(2 June 2016, Hong Kong) Cherry-pick fresh ingredients from the market, our talented
culinary professionals are preparing a variety of delicacies using their secret recipes that
will surely excite your taste buds this summer! To enhance the dining experience, guests
are offered a choice of precious Buddha’s Delight or Stewed Bird’s Nest with Coconut
Milk, as well as 2 choices of cook-to-order Seafood Robatayaki.
What’s more, our very own fashion brand sáv Beach Wear will join hands to launch an
exquisite series of summer themed desserts and exclusive privileges to ensure you have
the best summer ever!
Secret Recipe Dishes include:
Seafood Poach Station – Create your own specialty by choosing your favorite seafood
such as Fan Scallop, Mantis Shrimp, Live Clam, Grass Carp Belly, Spiral Shell and Baby
Squid for our chef to prepare for you with either Pepper Seafood Broth or Light Conpoy
Congee.
Cook-to-order Robatayaki – Items such as abalone, scallop and vegetables are
available for selection and will be cook to order.
Sweet-scented Osmanthus Chicken – Roasted chicken with osmanthus tea until
fragrant, sprinkle some ginger, chili and garlic to add flavor. The roasted chicken
interspersed with the refreshing tea flavor and the bold spice mixture will tantalize your
taste buds.
Braised Minced Meat Ball with Crab Roe – Pan-fry the meatballs until browned, then
simmered in broth with fresh vegetables for 30-40 minutes, it allows the oil and juices
from the meatballs lend a savory-sweetness to the vegetables underneath as it cooks
down. And finally, add the crab roe on top.
Other recommendations such as Braised Pork Rib with Dark Vinegar, Stewed Dried
Shrimp and Vermicelli in Chicken Broth and Roasted Prawns with Cilantro and
Peppercorn are available for your enjoyment, don’t miss out.
Summer-themed Dessert to Wrap Up a Perfect Dinner:
In line with the vivid colorful tone of sáv Beach Wear, our Pastry Chef will set up a Waffle
Bar for you to choice your favorite toppings such as mango, strawberry, and chocolate.
Sweeties such as Water Melon Cake, Cendol, Pineapple Coconut Panna Cotta,
Lychee Sphere Ball and Mango Pudding are sure to whet your appetite.

SAV Secret Recipes Dinner Buffet is available from 13 May to 31 August 2016, serving
daily from 6:00pm to 10:30pm. Price ranges from HK$498 per adult and HK$298 per
child (3-11 years old) from Monday to Thursday; and HK$538 per adult and HK$318 per
child from Friday to Sunday, Public Holiday Eve and Public Holiday.
