How do I Bid?
Write your bidder number (the one on your bracelet) next to the price that you’re willing to pay on
the bid sheet next to the item. Skip lines or choose the Buy It Now option to guarantee that you will
win!
How do I win?
The highest bidder wins the item. To guarantee a win, bid on the Buy It Now line.
When Can I Bid?
There are 4 auctions. They close at 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30 (look for signs on the auction tables). Place
a bid any time before an auction closes, but not after.
What does a Gold Star on the Bid Sheet Mean?
When you bid on a line that has a gold star next to it you will automatically be entered into a
random drawing to win a prize! Winners will be announced after each auction closes.
How do I Know if I Won an Item?
A copy of the bid sheet with all bidding information will be left on the table. We will send invoices
within 24 hours to all winning bidders at the email address they used at registration.
How do I Get my Items?
Items are available for pickup at the registration table one hour after the auction closes and until 3:00
today. Shorenorth members may pick up their items only after cleanup.
You can also pick up your items at Shorenorth Cooperative Preschool (on the east end of this building)
Monday April 11 from 3 to 4pm or Wednesday April 13 from 6-7 pm. Please make every effort to pick
up your items then. If your items are not picked up, one of our members will contact you to make
arrangements.
How do I Pay?
You can charge game tickets, food, and auction item bids to your bidder number. After the Carnival,
the credit card you swiped at registration will be charged and you will get an invoice within 24 hours
at the email address you gave at registration.
