LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY AND UPGRADE POLICY
Dobyns Rods are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against
defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original
owner. Please present your sales receipt or proof of purchase when
making your warranty claim. Ship the complete damaged rod in a
disposable container, prepaid and insured, directly to:

NO HASSLE REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you need to get a replacement rod immediately for that fishing trip
tomorrow, simply take the damaged rod to your local Dobyns Rods
dealer and pay them the replacement fee detailed below. They will keep
your damaged rod and give you a new, same model rod in return. No
questions asked, no shipping, no waiting or wondering about warranty
claim charges. This replacement is dependent on the dealer having
inventory of your damaged rod model and their willingness to
participate in this program.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod and does
not cover consequential damages due to the failure of the rod unless they
are specifically included under various state laws.
UPGRADE POLICY
We value our loyal Dobyns Rods customers. Any Dobyns Rods can be
upgraded to a model of your choosing, whether broken or not. The
upgrade policy is limited to the Savvy Series, Savvy Micro Series, Coalition Weapon Series, Champion Series and Champion Extreme Series only.
Upgrade a Broken Rod to a Rod in a Different Series
You will receive a credit to use towards an upgraded model equal to
the retail price of your current model less the replacement fee for that
model. Call us anytime for a quote to upgrade your broken rod at
530-671-1989.
Please send the following to the above address:
For damages determined to be from accident, normal wear and tear,
or neglect, Dobyns Rods offers a No Hassle repair and replacement
policy. In the event a rod is broken, the rod owner must pay the
replacement fee in order to receive a replacement rod. If we no longer
offer the exact model, we will replace it with the closest comparable
model from our current product line.

away. Alternatively, Dobyns Rods will repair your broken guides
and/or tip guides.

difference in the MSRP + return shipping

Upgrade a non-Broken Rod
If your rod is not broken, give us a call for a quote at 530-671-1989.
We will provide a written quote via email based on your evaluation of
the condition of your rod. Depending on the condition, you will receive
a credit of 60-80% of the retail value of that rod to use towards an
upgrade. If you are satisfied with our offer, we will provide you a prepaid
label to send your rod in! The value of your rod may be adjusted upon
inspection if the condition is less than previously discussed with you.

tube with bubble wrap or other suitable packing material
