The Community Development office collected $ 6,280 in Itinerant Merchant vendor fees. A
total of 35 vendor permits were issued for the 2009 Biketoberfest 4-day event. There were fewer
vendors this year, down from 47 last year. The Department of Revenue advised staff that they
had observed an overall 50% decline in the number of vendors set-up throughout Volusia
County.
Attached is a detailed report and this chart provides summary data from previous Biketoberfest
events through the current year:
