NONSCHOOL ORDERS Individuals may purchase our books at list price. When you send remittance with your order, add $8.00 per book to cover shipping and handling. Teacher / Instructor resource products can only be sold to qualified schools and industry training programs. SHIPPING AND POSTAGE G-W orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or common carrier. U.S. Postal Service Library Rate (if eligible) or Parcel Post are used only when specifically requested. G-W does not provide insurance for shipments made by the Postal Service and will not replace lost items valued at more than $100. For destination delivery within the continental United States, please add to the net price of the order either 10% shipping when ordering four or more items or $8.00 per item when ordering three items or less. To ensure delivery into Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipments will only be made by a traceable carrier (such as FedEx) at an increase over the usual 10% for continental U.S. orders. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. RETURNS All returns must be received within 12 months of invoice in new, saleable condition. Send prepaid to our Tinley Park address and enclose a copy of the original invoice in each carton returned. Customer is responsible for losses en route to us. Customized electronic and print products are nonreturnable unless defective. GUARANTEE Goodheart-Willcox products must be satisfactory in every way or they may be returned for replacement, credit, or refund. All claims of damaged, defective or incorrect items, prices, or quantities must be reported to us within 30 days of the date of invoice. 48 EXAMINATION COPIES Examination copies of textbooks and ancillaries are provided on request to instructors or committee chairpersons who wish to review G-W products for possible course adoption. Use the form in this catalog to request your examination copies, making sure to include all the necessary information in the space at the bottom.
