TRAVEL CONTRACT AND RESPONSABILITY
Bookings are regulated by the present general conditions, by the law n. 111 17 of March 1995, by the ECC directive n. 90/314 and by the law n. 1084 of
27/12/1977. In any case Mondo Viaggi responsibility will not exceed the limit foreseen by the above mentioned laws. In case of “force majeure”, Mondo
Viaggi reserves the right to change hotels and holiday destinations with others nearby. Mondo Viaggi is not responsible for any damages caused by the
clients.

The rates published in this catalogue are net per person and they include tax and service, valid in the moment of the catalogue issue. In case of their
increase, the rates will be conformed to the fluctuation. They do not include: drinks, general extras, entrances, tips and all not clearly mentioned. The
rates are valid from 01/01/13 to 31/12/13.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is not included in the prices and must be paid directly at the hotel.
PAYMENTS
Upon confirmation of a booking, a 30% of deposit must be paid. The payment of the balance will have to be made within 21 days before the arrival,
based on Mondo Viaggi proforma invoices, it is due not later than 21 days before departure for Italy. Payments through bank transfer are accepted.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS (VOUCHER)
Travel documents will be sent (by fax or by post) from Mondo Viaggi only after having received the total amount of the invoice.
TERMINATION OF HOLIDAYS IN ADVANCE
If the holiday is brought to an end before the foreseen return date, no reimbursement shall be made unless the group presents to Mondo Viaggi a written
declaration from the hotel Direction stating that no charge will be made for unused service. Mondo Viaggi will reimburse only the amount authorized
from the hotel, minus eventual agency expenses.
CANCELLATION BEFORE DEPARTURE
In case of cancellation, Mondo Viaggi applies the following cancellation fee, further the costs to cancel the services:
- 10% of the total amount until 30 days before guests’ arrival;
- 30% of the total amount from 29 to 15 days before guests’ arrival;
- 50% of the total amount from 14 to 7 days before guests’ arrival;
- 100% up 6 days till no show
COMPLAINTS
Claims can only be made by the group once the full cost of the holiday has been paid. However, any complains should be reported immediately to the
supplier in resort and also to Mondo Viaggi, in written form and during the trip. If the complaint is not sorted out during the holiday period, a registered
letter should be sent to Mondo Viaggi within 10 days of returning from your holiday. Mondo Viaggi has taken all reasonable care to make sure that all the
services are provided as described on the present brochure. Mondo Viaggi will not be responsible for any changes made from the suppliers of which
they have not been informed.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
For any dispute, the Civil Court of Pesaro is to be acknowledged as the sole competent authority.

It could be requested supplements during the festivities, manifestations, recurrences which will be communicated to you at the moment of the request.
