Sage 50 HR helps you store, record and maintain the

special HR knowledge or training to use it. And

By law, every business must be able to prove their

could be jailed or fined if you knowingly employ
someone without a valid work permit.

Any kind of job that involves working with children
and young people need to have CRB (Criminal
Records Bureau) checks completed and be ISA
(Independent Safeguard Authority) registered

You’re legally required to retain the records of
employees for three years after they have left your business

From 1 October 2011, Agency Workers Regulations
provide temporary workers with equal treatment in
terms of basic working and employment conditions
as if they had been employed directly to do the
same job. After a 12 week qualifying period,
temporary workers are entitled to equal treatment,
including pay, working hours, overtime, breaks,
holidays and access to training and collective
facilities. Equal treatment does not apply to sick pay
or paternity/maternity leave.
