GENERALS CONDITIONS For all categories, a person’s age on December 15, 2013 will apply. In consideration of the payment of the subscription fee of the subscriber’s undertaking
to abide by the alpine skier’s code of conduct and the regulations in force at the area, the operator grants to the subscriber the rights to use the facilities of the area and grants
access to all non-prohibited areas of the grounds. In case of violation on the part of the subscriber, the privileges granted shall be revoked and the season pass automatically
confiscated without further notice and without reimbursement to the subscriber. All season passes issued under the present subscription remain the property of the operator and
the subscriber undertakes to return the season pass to the operator at the latter’s request. The subscriber acknowledges that there are inherent risks and dangers attached
to the sport of skiing and the use of the mechanical lifts, and the subscriber assumes full reponsibility for all damages, including bodily injuries, resulting from such inherent
risks and dangers and hereby holds the operator free and harmless from any liability relating thereto. The subcriber further assumes full responsibility for any damages of any
nature resulting from a violation of the regulations and safety measures in force at the area and holds the operator free and harmless from any liability relating therefrom. Season passes
are non-transferable and non-refundable. In case of loss or theft of the season pass, the subscriber must immediately notify the operator. A duplicate of the season pass could be issued,
additional fees required. The season pass holder who forgets his pass will need to purchase a lift ticket at regular price. No refunding of season pass will be issued.

In case of a family subscription, the subscription signatory undertakes to inform all members of the terms and conditions of the present subscription as well as of the duties and
obligations of the holder of a season pass. The signatory undertakes to abide by, and to see to it that all members of his family holding a pass shall abide by the terms and conditions of
the regulations and safety measures in force at the area. The signatory hereby acknowledges the operator’s right to revoke and to confiscate any and all season passes issued under
the present subscription in case of violation of any condition contained herein. All season passes issued are subject to the terms and condtions of the present subscription and may
be cancelled without refund on simple request by the operator.
