In addition to our regular rate schedule, we are pleased to
offer a group rate of $3 off any session of tubing to groups of
20 or more Monday through Friday. Group rates are not valid
Saturday, Sunday or holidays (12/25/13-1/1/14, 1/20/14 and
2/17/14). Reservations can be placed for groups of 20 or more
based on availability at regular rate. Saturday, Sunday and
holiday group reservations must have a guaranteed count
and full payment 48 hours in advance of their scheduled
date.

Ski/Snowboard Groups:
For any non-skier/boarder who would like to come to Seven
Springs to snowtube and join their group of 20 or more skiers/
snowboarders, they may do so at our regular snowtubing
group rates. Group rates are not valid Saturday, Sunday or
holidays
Semi-Private Groups
Available only during hours the tubing area is not open to
the public. Call for available times. Two-hour session: $500
for up to 30 people, plus $18 per person over 30. Reservation
required. We also require a guaranteed count and full
payment 48 hours in advance.

ticket for session scheduled with every 20 ski/snowboard
tickets purchased.

2. In order to obtain group rates, 20 or more ski/snowboard
tickets must be purchased.
3. Ski boards are available at the rental shop on first-come,
first-served basis using the ski rental ticket and price.
4. P
lease confirm the exact number in the group three days
before your trip to Seven Springs.
5. Identification required for snowboard rental and high
performance skis.
6. R
egular ski rentals may be upgraded to high
performance skis at the rental center for an additional
$20 per day.
7. R
ecommended transportation into the area would be by
bus with designated bus parking. Do not unload until you
are contacted by Seven Springs personnel.

8. If members of the group desire to use the indoor
pool facilities, a 50% discount of $4.50 per person is
offered. Prior to arriving, please inform Seven Springs
of the number who wish to swim. Swim tickets must be
purchased by the group leader at the ticket office.
9. C
hildren must be age 8 or older to participate in a
group lesson. The one-hour group lessons are scheduled
weekdays at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., and
on weekends and holidays at 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m., 4
p.m. and 6 p.m. First-time skiers will be given their lesson as
soon as possible.
10. T he chaperone in charge of a group must be 21 years
of age or older and they must pay for the entire group
immediately after the group is ticketed.
11. Include buffet breakfast for your group at an additional
$17.64 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Please
inform Seven Springs of the number for breakfast with
your reservation.
12. Chaperones, please call Seven Springs Ski Patrol at ext.
7824 to register your cell phone number upon arrival to
the resort.
13. The ski/snowboard ticket includes complimentary daily in and out ski or snowboard check.

Know the Snow! Get your ski group or club ready
the right way and bring the Know Snow crew to
your location this fall. This high-energy, interactive
presentation prepares middle and high school age
kids for a great time on the mountain with tons of tips
and tricks on how to stay warm, safe and active this
winter. From proper winter attire and the importance
of helmet use to the skier and snowboarder
responsibility code and how to identify and contact
mountain personnel, Know Snow will ensure your ski
club is ready for a great winter.
The Seven Springs Know Snow crew is young and
energetic with tons of giveaways to keep kids
engaged. We are available to bring the program
right to you or here at Seven Springs.
