Strength Tester & Job Task Analyzer
Strength Tester
The Chatillon MSE100 dynamometer is a simple, ergonomically designed digital
instrument that puts manual muscle strength testing in the palm of your hand at
a remarkably affordable price.
The Chatillon MSE100 has an easy to use four-button keypad, and gives you
complete control of all measurement functions. You can perform precise,
objective evaluations in your office, at the client's location, or in the field, and
with a level of accuracy comparable to expensive, computer-controlled
isokenetic dynamometers.
The Chatillon MSE100 muscle strength evaluator measures instantaneous push
or pull forces generated by the test subject during your evaluation. The
maximum value for a single test is stored into memory, and may be manually
recorded before performing the next evaluation. Results are calculated and
displayed on a large, 0.5-inch LCD display for quick, error-free testing. The
Chatillon MSE100 operates on a rechargeable battery and also comes with a
battery charger plus attachments for both muscle strength testing and task
analysis. All items are supplied in an attractive, cushioned carrying case.
The model CSD200C hand held dynamometer lets you objectively measure
manual muscle strength and functional task requirements for almost any
application.
The Chatillon CSD200C job task analyzer and strength tester measures
instantaneous push or pull forces generated by the test subject, storing the
maximum value for a single test into memory. Data for each test may be
manually recorded, or transferred using the bi-directional RS-232
communications port. The instrument has a four element keypad that is simple
to learn and easy to use. The Chatillon CSD200C features a large 1/2' LCD display
that shows calculated test results, operational status and battery status. The
Chatillon CSD200C kit includes a battery charger, attachments and a cushioned
carrying case.
Comes with an array of attachments for job task and muscle strength testing, as
well as both pistol grip and handles for ease of use.

Applications
•Physical Medicine - Accurately measure and document musculoskeletal strength to determine
patient condition and serially track progress. Evaluate individual muscle groups in flexion/extension,
enternal/external rotation, plantar flexion, dorsi flexion and abduction/adduction
•Occupational medicine - Conduct job task analysis, ergonomic analysis, and ADA compliance
evaluations. Measure actual push, pull and lift forces of a particular job task, then quantitatively
evaluate an individual's ability to perform each task. Ensure an employee's ability to work following
an injury.
•Sports Medicine - Objectively quantify an athlete's muscoskeletal force output. Evaluate and
document the effectiveness of a prescribed training program. Serially track each patient's progress.

Digital Functional Capacity Evaluator
The MSC Series is ideal for muscle strength
testing, job task analysis and ergonomic
evaluations. This easy-to-use gauge is designed
for physical medicine, occupational medicine and
sports medicine applications and general patient
assessment in family, neurological and
orthopedic practices. Simplicity was a key design
criteria for both clinicians and technicians.
Measurement accuracy is better than 0.1% full
scale. Measurements are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf,
kgf and N units. A variety of testing fixtures are
optionally available. The MSC is designated by the
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a Class 2
medical device.
The FCE Series is ideal for functional capacity
evaluations. This easy-to-use gauge is designed
for physical medicine, occupational medicine and
sports medicine applications and general patient
assessment in family, neurological and
orthopedic practices. Measurement accuracy is
better than 0.1% full scale. The gauge also
displays normal and peak readings, pass./fail
results and statistics based on up to 10 stored
results. Measurements are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf,
kgf and N units. A variety of testing fixtures are
optionally available. The MSC is designated by the
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a Class 2
medical device.

Hydraulic Hand Dynamometer
Jamar Hand Dynamometer is ideal for routine screening of grip strength and
initial and ongoing evaluation of clients with hand trauma and dysfunction.
Virtually leak-proof hydraulics and isometric design ensure accurate,
reproducible results and years of reliable service. Jamar Hand Dynamometer is
built to last, a shock-resistant rubber cap protects the stainless-steel guage
and a wrist strap prevents accidental damage if dropped. Jamar Hand
Dynamometer has dual-scale readout displays isometric grip force from 0 - 200
lbs. Peak-hold needle automatically retains the highest reading until reset.
Jamar Hand Dynamometer's handle easily adjusts to five grip positions, from 1
3/8" - 3 3/8", in half-inch increments. Unit comes with a carrying/storage case
and complete instructions.
Each Kit includes one of each:
• JAMAR Hydraulic Hand Dynamometer ($495.00)
• JAMAR Hydraulic Pinch Gauge ($205.00)
• JAMAR Finger Goniometer ($ 25.00)
