PR¨ 43 ÒHike with the yellow trainÓ departing from
the Mont-Louis station, citadel created by Vauban
and listed on the UNESCO World Heritage registry,
arriving at the station of FontpŽdrouse.
In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Catalan
Pyrenees region, the itinerary follows the Tt River and
the tracks of the yellow train. Created at the beginning of
the 20th century, the lines of the yellow train cross through
magniÞcent landscapes. Along the way, you can admire
the suspended Gisclard Bridge, making train travel possible
through the narrow valley of the Tt River.

The Midi Canals and Locks are open from the end of
March to the beginning of November.
The duration of a touring cruise may last
from one hour to several days.

■ Passing through locks is free, and it occurs for
