Sheriff's Office Looking for Sex Offender
The Sheriff's Office is actively looking for Phillip Patrick Garnier, DOB: 10/04/91. He is wanted on two Felony
Warrants; Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and Failure to Comply with Probation. Mr. Garnier plead guilty to
Sexual Assault on a Child by a Person in a Position of Trust in 2014.
Mr. Garnier is a white male, 6'0" and weighs 155lbs. He has dark hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos to
include "RIP Kenneth Noelle", dice and a music symbol on his left arm. He has a Kottonmouth Kings and logo on
his right arm, and the word "California" on his chest.
Mr Garnier is ranked #18 on the Colorado Bureau of Investigations Top 100 Wanted Sex Offenders. He is known
to frequent the motels on North Nevada. It is also possible he is homeless and spends time in the downtown area.
