Saturday, July 23 - 2 pm
All Ages Limit: 32 people
Registration opens on Monday, July 11
Compete in this tournament for Wii U! First place

What to Do After Physical Rehab
Monday, July 25 - 3 pm
John Patazan, CSCS and exercise physiologist at
Atlantic Rehabilitation in New Providence, will
discuss post-rehab options available for those who
have been instructed by their physician to exercise.
Beginner Tai Chi Class
Saturdays, July 9, 16 & 30 - 11 am to 12 pm
Chatham resident Cathryn Iorio, RN and Certified
Holistic Health Counselor, will hold a three-week
beginner Tai Chi class for adults. Wear comfortable
clothes that will allow free range of movement.

Thursday, July 14 - 7 pm
Michelle Papka, PhD, Director of
the Cognitive and Research Center
of NJ, will present a program that
integrates psychology, diet and
cognitive stimulation geared to
improve one’s memory. Dr. Papka

a researcher and clinician in the fields of aging,
Alzheimer’s disease, and dementia. Register online

Creative Writing Workshop with
Tom Cantillon

Tom Cantillon, creative
writing teacher at Union
County College, will hold
a three-session course
combining information
about writing structure,

The library book group will discuss Unaccustomed
Earth by Jhumpa Lahiri. Everyone is welcome to

AUGUST
The History of the National Park System
Saturday, August 6 - 2 pm
In recognition of the 100th anniversary of our
national parks, Eric Hausker, co-chair of the
Loantaka Chapter of the Sierra Club, will present
a lecture on the history of the national park system.
Topics will include the influence of John Muir and
the Sierra Club on Yosemite, Yellowstone and the
Redwoods, and the state of national parks today.
Arcade: Old and New Video Games
Friday, July 22 - 3 to 5:30 pm
Saturday, July 23 - 9:30 am to 4:30 pm
Adults and kids of all ages are invited to our video
arcade. We will have various systems ready for
you to play, including the original Nintendo, Sega
Genesis and newer systems.
