Mrs. Conroy, the chairperson of the Expedition Book Club, will be graduating to middle school next year. PRE is therefore in need of a new
chairperson for the book club. The Expedition Book Club is a fantastic
program that helps our school library obtain new books for all of our
students to enjoy. Since the book club’s inception in 2006, over 1,500
books have been donated to the media center!

school uniform attire!
There are only three book club meetings remaining in this school year
and Mrs. Conroy would like to invite anyone interested in serving as
chairperson to observe a meeting or to contact her with questions. She
can be reached at 803.318.7343 or [email protected]. The chairperson does receive assistance and support from Mr. McTeer, our media
specialist, and from Mrs. Wright, the media assistant, so there is no
need to fret over the responsibilities.
Items of Interest
Veterans’ Day Celebration
On Wednesday, the fifth grade teachers and students hosted a
Veterans’ Day Celebration to honor the veteran family members of
some of our Explorers. The students learned a lot from the special
guests and took great pride in having them come and teach others.
