S T. C LO U D
is a Vietnamese eating house in the heart of the
mighty suburb of Hawthorn. We have a spectacular
rooftop garden bar and dining hall upstairs, catering
for any event. Whether an intimate group banquet
or a large ritzy cocktail party of 100 friends,
the team at St. Cloud have got you covered.
Our philosophy is simple - we want to bring honest,
healthy and ferociously fresh food to Hawthorn. The
majority of our dishes are gluten free, with many
clean and vegan options throughout our offering.
We’re not bound by rigid tradition but by the
bold fragrant flavours and quality of Vietnamese
cuisine. We uphold the growing slow food movement
in Melbourne dining, with traceability being key to
our philosophy. Community is a priority for us, so
we source our produce from local Victorian farmers
to support families and Australian farming.
We know each function is unique, so let’s work together
to tailor an event that fits you. Ragingly awesome and
creative Executive Chef, Franky Pham, has innovated and
livened his approach to nostalgic family staples and
modern Viet flare, to create a sensational and flexible
Vietnamese inspired menu. So if you want to spice up
your selection, we are more than happy sit down and
nut out a unique menu that suits you perfectly.
Our team is 100% dedicated to your event & your
happiness. Whether hand crafting mouth watering
menus or organising those final touches that make
event truly something, we will create the perfect
setting with an experienced eye to detail.

A minimum spend applies for exclusive use of restaurant areas, as follows:

1. To confirm a function reservation, 50% deposit must be paid and Terms & Conditions signed with
credit card details provided. Payment must be received 14 days prior to hold the booking. In the
absence of written communication, management reserves the right to take another booking.
2. Final payment for all food and beverages must be paid in full at the conclusion of your event.
3. Functions can be held at breakfast, lunch, afternoon or dinner, and must conclude no later than
10:30pm downstairs and upstairs unless by prior arrangement. (Lunch events must conclude by 4:00pm.)
4. Included in the function pricing is; exclusive venue use, food & beverage staffing, iPod/music dock
& speakers, Natural Linen table cloths, food & beverage service wear, standard folding chairs, candles
in glass holders, set up & pack down.
5. Any other additional or specific items required for the function (eg floristry, security, additional
themeing/AV etc) can be catered for but must be organised minimum 1 week before the event, and will
incur additional costs.
6. Final guest numbers are required a minimum of 72 hours prior to your event. Billing will be
calculated off this confirmed number as minimum, additional guests may be accommodated late, subject to
manager discretion, but will be charged on top of this minimum. Cancellations will not be refunded or
reduced due to kitchen ordering.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY: Written notification must be received in the event of cancellation. The initial
deposit will be retained if the event is cancelled within 14 days of the event.
8. Menus provided are sample menus only and therefore subject to change.
9. Final menu selections must be made 10 days prior to your event, dietary requirements must also
be communicated at this time. Please note for vegetarians or any dietary requirements, we need to be
informed at least 48 hours prior to the event
10. St. Cloud is fully licensed. All beverages consumed on the premises must be purchased from the
licensee. B.Y.O is prohibited. We practice responsible serving of alcohol & reserve the right to refuse
alcohol service at our discretion.
11. Any damages to the property as a result of your event are the sole responsibility of the signatory
below and will be paid for by the below party.
12. Management reserves the right to remove guests from the property if they are behaving in a
disorderly manner.
13. Public Holidays incur a 20% surcharge.
