Hamm's Brewery Building is a historic 200,000 sqft building in San Francisco
that operated as a brewery from 1915 to 1975! The building is now a creative
office space that houses multiple tech companies.
Taylor Engineering's contribution to Hamm's Brewery Building, provided a
retrofit for the central cooling tower and boiler systems, where this system
feeds about 100 heat pumps. This project also gave the original tower a
newer, more efficient model. Additionally, boilers were replaced to meet new
codes for the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD).
