the spice island Zanzibar with a wonderful view of the turquoise sea and
small island of Mnemba. Situated in a large and lush tropical garden, the
Boutique Hotel lies directly on the Indian Ocean, separated only by an
intimate bay with a fine, white, sandy beach.

The comfortable, relaxed and well thought-out architecture of this very
intimate lodge is characterized by the simple elegance that is typical
of the island style. The bright white walls are traditionally kept open to
catch the cooling sea breeze. The lush vegetation has also formed the
characteristic makuti roofs made from dried palm leaves.
