GENERAL INFORMATION PLENARY SESSIONS AND CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS HOTEL RATE The Atlanta Airport Marriott room rate is as follows: single or double occupancy is $125.35 per night (tax included). You must mention the Women in Ministry Conference to receive the special room rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card before the 5:00 p.m. deadline on Monday, August 25, 2014 to receive the discounted conference hotel room rate. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by a major credit card. After the cutoff date, the Atlanta Airport Marriott will not accept name or reservation substitutions. Your registration fee will be returned less a 50% processing fee within 30 days following the conference. No refunds will be issued for requests POSTMARKED AFTER AUGUST 15, 2014.
