Marval Resort Guidelines
We are happy to welcome you
to Marval Resort and we sincerely hope
you enjoy your visit!
Please take a moment to read these guidelines, and explain them to your younger
non-reading family members. It is our utmost desire to see that you have a great vacation
at Marval Resort and our friendly and helpful staff are here to serve you.
QUIET TIMES: 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
SMOKING: Is not allowed in any of the buildings or cabins.
GATE CODES AND RESORT VISITORS: Sharing gate entry codes with non-registered campers
is cause for eviction without refund. All vehicles must have car passes. All visitors must register at
the office to pay the day use fee and to obtain a car pass.
WEEKENDS IN SEASON: Require a 2 night minimum stay.
HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS: Require a 3 night minimum stay. Must be paid in
full at time of reservation.
GOLF CARTS, ELECTRIC OR GAS MOTORIZED VEHICLES OR TOYS: Not permitted
except for our rental golf carts. Licensed drivers 18 years old or older may rent golf carts.
SWIMMING: No LIFEGUARD on duty. Swim at your own risk.
PETS: Are welcome at Marval Resort, but must be kept on a 6 ft. leash and held by an adult at all
times. Pets are not allowed in any of the park buildings. Please request a ‘pet friendly cabin.’ Pet
fee required in pet approved rental units. Pets cannot be left on the porch or in a
vehicle overnight. If your pet creates a disturbance, you will be asked to take it
home. Waste must be collected immediately. A maximum of two (2) pets per
campsite are allowed.
SEWER CONNECTORS: Require rubber ring or equivalent (no exceptions).
Sold in Welcome Center.
SPEED LIMITS: Please obey our 10 miles per hour speed limit. There are many
children in our resort – Please watch out for them.
TRASH COMPACTOR: Is located at the far end of the big field by storage area. There are no other
trash cans in the park.
UNDER AGE 18: May not enter Marval Resort unless accompanied by a PARENT or
GUARDIAN.
TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT CABINS OR WITH RVS ON RV SITES: Tents
for outside showers are not allowed, no discharge of gray water is allowed. Only screen
tents over picnic tables are acceptable.
TWO VEHICLES PER SITE: This includes boats or trailers of all types. Extra vehicles must
utilize overflow parking.
WASHING: Boats, cars or trailers, is not permitted.
CLOTHESLINES: Are not permitted.
CAMPFIRES: Are permitted only in firerings provided or grills. You may pick up fallen limbs to
burn but do not cut trees.
CURFEW: Children under 18 must be in Campsite or Cabin
after 10:30 p.m. or with an adult. NO EXCEPTIONS.
