Tsunami® Series Digital Sound Decoders™ are high performance
sound systems for the model railroader of the new millennium. These
miniature modules provide the benefits of today’s Digital Command
Control (DCC) technology with the addition of high quality, digital
onboard sound. Waves of pure 16-bit digital sound will delight your
senses, with effects so amazing you won’t believe your ears. This sound
system is so complete, it comes with its own equalizer! Tsunami’s sound
features are matched only by its superior motor control and brilliant

Tsunami Digital Sound Decoders are designed to be installed inside
your locomotive and come with universal harnesses allowing them to
easily adapt to a variety of engines. Tsunami Digital Sound Decoders
are available in both Steam and Diesel versions, each featuring a full
spectrum of prototype-specific sound effects. While Tsunami is first and
foremost a premium DCC sound decoder, it is also capable of operating
on a DC, or ‘analog’ layout. Take your prized locomotive to visit a layout
running with a conventional powerpack!
