Welcome to the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville!
Our Downtown is the central area for social gatherings, where
you can find unique boutique shops and a variety of restaurants. It
is a vibrant centre of activity with approximately 140 businesses
surrounded by beautiful parkland, and tourist attractions. It is also
the heart of where all of our street festivals take place.
Without a doubt, this community has a lot to look forward to in
the next few months. This year we are excited to bring you some
extraordinary events happening right here in our Downtown such
as Ribfest, Food and Music Frenzies, our traditional Moonlight
Madness event and our Outdoor Movie Nights sponsored by our
local businesses.

businesses, we also have an exceptional variation of cultural and
recreational venues and attractions. They include our quality farm
gates, award-winning wineries, championship golf courses, and
the new Treewalk Village Adventure Park for kids, just to name
a few. Whitchurch-Stouffville is becoming one of York Region’s
most popular destinations because we have something to offer
everyone.

Stouffville Inn becomes
The Days Inn
Travel More Spend Less...
The Stouffville Inn is a strong family run business. The
management team has been in the hospitality industry
for over 25 years managing hotels from Windsor all the
way to Kingston, Ontario. Their business has expanded
with hotels in London and Milton and now in Stouffville.
Al Velji, manager and family member, says the Stouffville
Inn is “very much like our Milton project, small town
with a lot of potential. They really enjoyed becoming
a part of the Milton community and building a great
partnership with that town and the residents and look
forward to a similar experience here in Stouffville.”
With the new ownership, there are big plans for
Stouffville Inn. Mr. Velji states, “we have partnered with
Wyndham Hotel group and have chosen the newly
defined Days Inn brand. Days Inn has always catered to
both the corporate clientele and equally to family/leisure.
This is why we thought Days Inn would be a good fit.”
Renovations are under way and are slated to finish by
the summer. The renovations will see major upgrades to
the Inn and will include 50 guestrooms, 2 kitchenette
suites, two in-room Jacuzzi suites and all rooms will
feature mini-fridges and microwaves. Guest rooms
will also feature modern amenities and décor, Sealy
Posturepedic mattresses, flat screen TVs and comfy
duvet comforters. Executive rooms will also be available,
boasting king size beds and well-lit business desks with
ergonomic chairs.
The new Days Inn will feature free Wi-Fi throughout the
hotel as well as complimentary continental breakfast,
fitness room and meeting rooms when all renovations
are complete.
The outdoor grounds will feature amenities such as a
gazebo and picnic area for our guests equipped with
barbecues.
