INDUSTRY PROSPECTUS
Welcome to Dubai
It is with great pleasure and pride that we invite you to Dubai, United Arab Emirates for the 5th Annual Congress of DASIL – The Dermatologic & Aesthetic Surgery International League – October 19 - 23, 2016.
DASIL’s mission is to provide the highest caliber of education for Dermatologic & Aesthetic Surgery on the planet, and to foster growth of our specialty around the world. We
initiated this charge at the inaugural meeting in Malta in 2012 and firmly established ourselves as the most innovative non-profit educational force in Dermatologic Surgery
at our 4th annual congress held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in November 2015. About 400 registrants, representing 38 nations, attended this outstanding meeting! DASIL is
poised to continue its leadership role in dermatologic surgery and aesthetics education in Dubai in 2016.
Industry support and participation play an integral role in the success of DASIL. As those of you who were with us in Malta, Bangkok, Sun City or Ho Chi Minh City can attest, we
include all of our industry colleagues in all scientific sessions and social events. This provides an opportunity to interact with faculty and attendees in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. As DASIL reinforces its position as the premier international dermatologic and aesthetic society in the world, we need your support.
Please review this brochure and join our mission as we carry our message to Dubai and the United Arab Emirates in 2016. An incredibly talented faculty will be joining us for
this proprospectusgram, and we again anticipate the participation of registrants from all parts of the world. Make your plans now to attend – and you will be glad you did.
DASIL is a non-profit US-based organization. Unrestricted educational grants would be most appreciated to carry out the varied activities we have planned for 2016. By partnering with you, our industry colleagues, we will be able to continue our mission of global education. Thanks so much for your support, and we look forward to welcoming
you to Dubai.

We have attended many

Exhibition. Exhibit management determines acceptability of persons, things, conduct,
and/or printed matter and reserves the right to require the immediate withdrawal of
any exhibit that is believed to be injurious to the purpose of DASIL. In the event of such
restriction or eviction, the Congress organizers are not liable for any refund of exhibit
fees, or any other exhibit related expense.
Application for Space. Application for space shall be made in writing on the official
application form.
Assignment of Space. Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Full pre-payment is required prior to space assignment. The Congress organizers
will attempt to honor all requests for exhibit space. Notwithstanding the above, the
Congress organizers reserve the right to change location assignments at any time, as it
may in its sole discrimination deem necessary.
Payment. Full payment is required by September 1, 2016.
Cancellation. Cancellation of exhibit or sponsorship commitment must be in writing.
The refund of deposit or other payments may be made only if cancellation notice
is received more than 90 days prior to the congress. A cancellation fee of $250 will
be imposed for all cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the congress. All
payments will be refunded, less the $250 cancellation fee. DASIL will make no refunds
after Thursday, September 1.
Failure to Occupy Space. Space not occupied by the close of the exhibit installation
period will be forfeited by the exhibitor, and this space may be resold, reassigned, or
used by exhibit management. If the exhibit is on hand, exhibit management reserves
the right to assign labor to set up any display that is not in the process of being erected
by the given deadline. The exhibitor will be billed and is responsible for all charges
incurred.
Floor Plan. All dimensions and locations shown on the official floor plan are believed
to be accurate. Exhibit management reserves the right to make such modifications as
may be necessary to meet the needs of the exhibitors and the exhibit program.
Cancellation of Congress and Exhibition. If the Congress organizers should be
prevented from holding the Exhibition by reason of any cause beyond its control (such
as, but not limited to damage to buildings, riots, labor disputes, acts of government
or acts of God) or if it cannot permit the exhibitor to occupy the space due to causes
beyond its control, then the Congress organizers have the right to cancel the exhibition
with no further liability to the exhibitor other than a refund of space rental less a
proportionate share of exhibition expenses.
Official Contractor. The official contractor will handle all decorating and exhibit
furniture. The exhibitor services kit outlines prices and instructions for securing special
lighting, wiring, water, gas, telephone or other special work. The exhibitor services
kit will be mailed to exhibitors shortly after receipt of the enclosed completed exhibit
space application/contract.
Restrictions on Use of Space. No exhibitor shall sublet, assign, or share any
part of the space allocated without the written consent of the Congress organizers.
Solicitations or demonstrations by exhibitors must be confined within the bounds of
their assigned space. Aisle space shall not be used for exhibit purposes, display signs,
solicitation or distribution of promotional material. Exhibits, signs and displays are
also prohibited in any of the public areas or elsewhere on the premises of the meeting
facilities or in the guest rooms or hallways of the hotel. Operation of sound devices
is allowed if the exhibitor complies with exhibit management discretion on volume.
