• Ideally ALL registrations should be submitted with a photo
(jpeg, max 3MB in size)
• Photos are printed onto Exhibitor Photo Cards and so must
be a true likeness of the exhibitor. Cards will be checked
onsite by venue security
• Think professionally!
• Exhibitor photos can be taken onsite but there is a £2 charge
for this. You should still submit details in advance.
Important Information
• Exhibitors not carrying cards will not given access to the show
• Lost Exhibitor Photo Cards can be replaced onsite, but at a cost of £5
• Non exhibiting individuals that wish to visit the show will need a valid
invitation or to purchase a ticket
• For security reasons any non-exhibiting individuals in possession of an
Exhibitor Photo Card will be ejected from the venue
