Stand assembly: 30.09.2016 (06.00 am – 08.30 am) Dismantling times: 30.09.2016 (from 06.00 pm – 12.00 pm) Application: Please note that the application gives no legal claim to an exhibition stand for the WindEnergy Hamburg- only for the 30th of September at our recruiting day area. Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH assigns your stand location. Stands will be allocated on the basis of “First come – first served”. It is just a limited number of stand places available. Rates for participation: (cf. General Terms of Participation no. 5.1) The participation fee includes the hiring as well as the construction of the info stand. The participation fee includes the following: Stool, counter, carpet, backwall, counter labelling, special entry in online exhibitor directory, mentioning in the job route, 2 exhibitor passes. After receipt of admission note the invoice will be send directly. 1 100 % of the invoice amount is payable within 14 days from receipt of invoice. (cf. General Terms of Participation no. 6) Exhibitor passes: (cf. General Terms of Participation no. 16) Every exhibitor and their stand staff members are to wear visible name badges. The name badges are placed at disposal. The exhibitor passes are not allowed to be handed on to third parties. On infringement HMC is held responsible to charge a contractual penalty of 250, 00 EUR. The exhibitor must provide evidence to the contrary, if not satisfied with the contractual penalty. Identification stand assembly and dismantling: During the stand assembly and dismantling time exhibitors need to wear an exhibitor pass. Acoustic performances: (cf. General Terms of Participation no. 13) During regular opening hours, music performances or music played on exhibition grounds may not exceed a sound level of 60 decibels. Any acoustic performances require the written consent by HMC´s project management. Copyrighted acoustic performances have to be announced. Exhibition protection: HMC offers to issue a certification for the presentation to the German Patent Office that the exhibit/design (consumer/producers good/sample/model) patent, was shown at the SMM 2014. Please notice that this is subject to the decision of the German Federal Minister of Justice. The certification can be ordered from the project management. Restrictions for the exhibition area The exhibitors of the Recruiting Day are only able to book the services listed on the application form. Further services are not able to be booked. Furthermore please note that the following points indicated are not valid: - Approval/Admission: A carpet is not allowed to be placed on our hall carpet. Electronic devices are not allowed to be used. Extra lighting is not allowed to be installed. Music is not allowed to be played. Only the daily consumption of flyers are allowed to be allocated at the stand. (Further storage space is not placed at disposal). The Approval to the recruiting day area happens on the basis of the application. Placement proposals will not be sent. HMC, August 2016 / Subjects to alteration 2
