29th Annual AOWA Trade Show
ALABAMA ONSITE WASTEWATER ASSOCIATION
Dear Exhib itor,
wanted to update you on AOWA’s 2016
schedule and thank all of you who have
supported our Trade Show throughout the
years. Without your support we couldn’t have a
Trade Show and I really appreciate the support
that you have given to AOWA, and to me
personally.
Allen, Kristie and I will focus on making AOWA’s
Trade Show in Livingston bigger and better.
Last years attendance was about 220. This year
the Alabama Department of Public Health is
NOT sponsoring an Auburn Conference as they
did last year. We expect to get those Engineers,
Licensees and Heath Department
Environmentalist at our show in Livingston this
year. We will incorporate many of the
advanced treatment classes so that our 2016
Show will be a combination of the Auburn
Conference and AOWA Trade Show. Our
Board of Directors is committed to increase the
number of exhibitors, engineers, and licensees.
The economy and through the roof gas prices directly affected our attendance last year. The
improving economy and lower gas prices should afford more licensees the opportunity to attend
our Trade Show. With fewer Continuing Education Classes we will increase our attendance of
licensees to give our exhibitors increased value.
Please consider being a Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze sponsor. We feature our sponsors in
our magazine both before and after the show. In addition, sponsors get the better booth
locations and ALL EXHIBITORS WILL BE OUR GUEST AT A GOOD OL’ ALABAMA FISH FRY
THURSDAY EVENING!!!!!
We can always improve our Trade Show and I solicit your input on how we can make the show

The 2015 AOWA Annual Meeting, the Trade Show, and the continuing education training sessions for Installers, Pumpers,
Tank Manufacturers, Portable Restroom Operators will be held at the University of West Alabama, UWA Station 7, Livingston, Alabama on 3/31/2016 & 4/1/2016. If you need electrical hook-up(s), please indicate so on your Exhibitors Agreement

*If we have a quorum this will be the AOWA annual meeting. If we do not have a quorum this
will be an AOWA special meeting of the Board of Directors with the same agenda and all
members are invited to attend.
HOTEL INFORMATION
A block of rooms has been set aside at the following two hotels near
the University for those attending the Annual Meeting, the Trade
Show and training sessions. Room reservations must be made by no
later than March 1st, 2016 to get the special room rate. When making your reservation, be sure to specify that you are with the
AOWA / Kristie Frost group to qualify for the AOWA group rate.
Exhibitors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Be sure to ask for the Kristie Frost Group Rate if you
call the Hotel. The code is FROST for both hotels.

IMPORTANT: At exhibit breakdown, you will be responsible for packing your equipment, labeling and marking cartons for pickup by your specific
package delivery company. If your equipment will be picked up by a package company (UPS, Fed Ex, Airborne, etc.) your company representative
must have appropriate forms and labels and know your company’s account number!
Liability Waiver: The Exhibitor agrees not to hold AOWA responsible for or make any claim against AOWA for loss, theft, damage or destruction
of Exhibitor’s property or personal injury during set-up, break down, or while trade show is in progress.
