There are two 30-minute breaks and one 1-hour lunch break each day for key networking. EXHIBITOR FEES INCLUDE: - Company logo/link and description on conference website. - Listing in conference program. Program is distributed to all conference attendees. - Printed participation list including mailing addresses (MNCPA privacy policy prohibits emails or phone numbers to be distributed). - Complimentary coffee and refreshment breaks. Lunches can be pre-purchased for $27 each per day. - Complimentary wi-fi. - Complimentary conference registration for one person to attend as a conference attendee and receive continuing education credit - value $625 BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS: - Single/Double exhibitor booths are available. Each booth 8' deep x 10' wide and bordered with event color(s) draping - Each booth contains one 8' table with the draped and skirted in event color(s) - 2 folding chairs - 1-line company name sign is hung on draping - Exhibitor area is carpeted Additional tables/decorations can be ordered through Hubbell Tyner Expo Services by calling 651-917-2632 and identify yourself with the MNCPA conference. Or visit their website at www.hubbelltyner.com. BOOTH LOCATION: Specific location requests are considered on a first-come basis. Full-payment and complete exhibitor registration form must be received to confirm specific booth space. Registrations will not be confirmed untill full-payment is received.
