BROAD TERMS & CONDITIONS :
1.
The participation fee is payable in advance, the same is non- refundable and non- adjustable.
2.
Shivoguee events reserves the rights of confirmation and allocation of space after the receipt of participation fees. Space allocation will be on first come
first serve basis. Allocation of space will be made at the sole discretion of Shivoguee Events and the space allocated should be only used for display of
products/brands mentioned in the participation form. It is to be noted that subletting will not be permitted. No changes can be made in the size or
position of the space allocated without prior written approval given by Shivoguee Events.
3.
The exhibitor should be responsible for all the statutory compliances business permissions from the concerned government departments, government
liabilities including VAT, LBT, Service Tax arising from exhibiting and sale at the event.
4.
The exhibitor should not conduct any such activities which shall be or likely to be unlawful, immoral, illegal, unfair or of objectionable nature under any
statutory law.
5.
In case of any dispute the decision taken by Shivoguee Events shall be final and binding on both the parties. All disputes are subject to Pune Jurisdiction
only.
6.
The exhibitor cannot display exhibit or bring into the banquet any dangerous material, explosives or any such product which may cause noxious fumes
or which may risk the health or safety of any person.
7.
In case of cancellation of the event due to any reasons (for eg. Natural calamities by act of god, weather, government restrictions, strikes or bandhs,
technical reasons etc.) The participation fee is non-refundable.
8.
Canvassing for orders or for any other purpose by unauthorized person is prohibited and the right of expulsion will at once be exercised.
9.
No printed or other matter may be distributed or displayed in any part of the exhibition hall except by exhibitors at their own stands. The exhibitors are
also required to display and store their goods within the premises of the space provided. In no circumstances they would be allowed to display or spread
their goods outside the stall area.
10. The exhibit space will be allocated to the exhibitor on the day of the event . Only two people who are representing the exhibitor shall be permitted in the
stall premises during the visitors hours.
11. Shivoguee Events takes no responsibilities for a low foot fall or sales of the exhibitor.
12. Shivoguee Events has the liberty to change the date and time of the exhibition due to any unavoidable circumstances or even cancel the exhibition. They
also reserve the right to change the floor plan and/or location of the space allocated to an exhibitor. Any such changes should not be a ground for
cancellation of their participation. No refund is payable in such circumstances.
13. Shivoguee Events reserves the right to evict any exhibitor who is involved in any activity affecting the smooth functioning of the exhibition.
14 . The exhibitors will be solely be responsible for security and safety of their goods at the venue. Shivoguee events should not be held responsible for any
loss or theft of the goods of the exhibitor as they are totally reliable on the general security arrangements at the venue.
15. At the end of the exhibition, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to hand over the space to its original condition as at the time of allotment. Exhibitors
shall make good all damages caused to the floor, building or other exhibition structure and/or equipment by repairing the same or paying the cost
thereto as specified by the organizer within 3 days from the closure of exhibition.
16. Any special extra requirements like table, chairs, lights, power sockets, display rods etc. Are separately chargeable and should be notified by the exhibiton
well in advance. No last minute requirements shall be entertained.
17. Once a booking is made by the exhibitor, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
18. Shivoguee Events will not be held liable for non-fulfillment of any act promised for the exhibition.
19. The submission of the participation form duly signed by any authorized person of the applicant company shall be deemed as confirmation of participation and acceptance of these terms of contract by the exhibitor. The contract becomes effective as soon as the organizers have confirmed the allotment of
space to the applicant.
20. Event timings : 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
